High-quality ashwagandha with noticeable calming effects
I’ve been using this Thorne Ashwagandha for about two weeks, taking one capsule before dinner and another about an hour before sleep. It helps me feel calmer and more relaxed in the evening without any grogginess, and the quality is excellent.

GAME CHANGER. I have had horrible anxiety for years , I been taking this for a year and have seen drastic changes. I am able to function normally. No overthinking every movement , no stress. Life finally feels good.

Relieves stress and helps with falling asleep.
I’m just not sure about this product yet. It helps me with sleep by making me tired so I have to take it at night, which kind of defeats the purpose as I want to relieve stress during the day. Regardless it does have some effect. I’m just not sure its the right product for me. I get tired easily. Overall its probably a good product to have if you aren’t prone to getting tired easily during the day.
