WOW!! BEST ON THE MARKET!!!
Wow!! This magnesium supplement has been life changing for me! I get vestibular migraines and boy when they come on, they are excruciating! I get extremely dizzy, nauseous, my neck stiffens and I feel like my body shuts down and the pain is unreal. I even make sure I focus on eating magnesium rich foods regularly and it’s like my body just does not absorb magnesium like it should. I have literally bought probably 20+ different brands of magnesium in the last 5-6 years searching for “the one” and this IS IT!! When my migraines hit, I have to take a LONG bath and I use 6-8 Cups of magnesium chloride and it really works. I soak for about an hour and walk out a new person but magnesium chloride is pretty spendy especially needing to use so many cups. Since starting this, it’s like the tightness in my neck has completely gone away and I haven’t had a single migraine let alone a headache. This magnesium doesn’t make me sleepy like it does some people. It knocks my husband out though lol. I have been taking 2/night just to help raise my levels but even 1 is sufficient. I have my teen daughter, husband and tween son taking one every night. I hope they never stop making this. I will buy this for the rest of my life!

A quality must have
Most people have a deficiency in magnesium in one form or another. Did a lot of research and found this product. Wife and I use it now and we started noticing a difference in how we felt in just a few days. Not a major shift but noticable. Overall our health has improved so we consider the purchase worth it, and the value for the money, good. Definitely but it again. Love that it’s independently tested for quality too.

After taking this supplement for a week my sex drive was amazing. I stop feeling dry down there and it was wet and trust me I also sleep better. I didn’t know that it was this good until I tried it and now I recommended this to all my lady friends even for my 65 year old mom would too feel wonderful after consuming this 12 in 1 pill.

Contains B1, B6, & B12
This is a good blend of magnesium however, I didn’t notice when I ordered it that it also contains B complexes. I was already taking B1 and B12 in standalone supplements to relieve neuropathy pain, so after taking this for five or six weeks, I had labs and my B complexes were alarmingly high, particularly B6 which I don’t supplement at all except for what was in this. I’m a little baffled by the high levels of B in my lab work and so is my doctor because vitamin B is water soluble and the body should flush out what it doesn’t use, not accumulate it like this. My doctor suggested that I checked my other supplements for other sources of B complexes other than what I was taking and sure enough I found B1, B6, and B12 in this formula. To add insult to injury, I set this up to autoship and got a bottle that I can’t take as I have discontinued any supplements of B complex until I have Labs again in 6 weeks to check them. I have since ordered another magnesium complex and this time made sure that it is ONLY magnesium.
