This product is well worth it, it’s well made and comfortable. I initially ordered an XL and had to return it to get a 3X, which fits me perfectly. Great for long torso such as mine. I’ve been wearing the trainer all day and even sleeping with it.Only Removing it when showing of course, and I had to take it off yesterday only because I went to my a doctors appointment. When I tell you I see a difference with my back, sides and stomach yesss.I’ve only been wearing the trainer for a about 3 or 4 days and that made me super excited and can’t wait to see my end results after wearing it for a full month or so.Also to Add and confirm without me asking, my granddaughter saw my stomach without the trainer on this morning & said to me, grandma your stomach looks smaller. So, I know what I saw was real, because we know kids will tell you when you’re fat and when you’re looking skinny. Lol.. I give the product 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & 2 thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽 The trainer is a must order because it does work!!!! Seriously!!BTW, the return process was effortless and very easy great with Customer Service which is a plus! I will definitely recommend this trainer and this seller to my family, friends and Co-workers without hesitation!!!

I am not giving 5 stars, I am giving 4 stars, because I just got it and upon opening the package and trying it on there are some minor things I wish were different .I ordered the size based on their chart and I find it true to size. I’ve been a faithful wearer of shape wear (the regular ones that aren’t for sweating) even when I was smaller, and I normally prefer to go a size down but because I already own something like this from a more expensive Brand that I bought years ago and I made the mistake of buying that one slightly a size down, thinking it help me get super snatched, I decided to order the right size for this one. I’ve gained quite a bit of weight from stress and drinking sugary drinks and that goes mostly to your stomach so I can’t fit my old one comfortably. I went into Walmart first and bought the typical trainers they sell but the large one is too large and the normal sized one they sell won’t stay on me because my stomach is too big. So basically after struggling to make that work and wasting ~ $25. I decided to take a chance on this since the price on this was $20 and it was a similar design to my more expensive one that works very well.Here’s what I like:The 3 bands are perfect for a more targeted approach. The more expensive one I have has one band and it just didn’t line up where I would have liked it to on my body to reduce the inner waist more. I didn’t have a Fula before but now I do, and this lower band definitely seems like it would help lower stomach fat. I wanted something specifically for that so that I can train that area to fall back in place properly.The bones in this aren’t very stiff which is a good thing to me. The bones in my more expensive one is feel too stiff or maybe it just feels that way because it’s a little tight and now that I’m heavier it really hurts against my body and causes stretch marks. This one has just the right balance. It’s supportive but not too firm. I really feel I could wear this all day. I didn’t really wear the more expensive one I have much, even when smaller, because it just wasn’t comfortable and It make me sweat a lot. So this may be a negative, but this one didn’t make me feel like I was going to be drenching in sweat, it seems like it will be moderate sweat… but for me that’s okay… because my main focus is supporting my lower stomach and back until I get the muscles in that area tightened and lose weight.Dislikes/ Improvements:I wish it came with a zipper and the clasp. Those kind of clasp break easily so, I would have preferred to have a zipper like my more expensive one and then the clasp for extra cinching. Just trying it on, I already bent one of the clasp . When I took it off, I had to reshape it. If time permits, I may add an inner zipper.I wish the bands were detachable. The reason for this is that everyone’s torso length is different and their natural waste is not in the same place and so it would be more adaptable if people could just add the bands as they choose at the right position along their stomach. Also it would give more flexibility to wear with various clothes. Overall though, I don’t find it too bulky and I think it can be worn under most things.Update 1: Put it on the just for a few hours to try it. day. I didn’t sweat at all. Now I do feel that’s strange. My other one caused me to sweat when I wore it only for a very short time … like even 10 minutes. I didn’t buy this to be drenching in sweat but I think some sweat is helpful. I dropped it to 3 stars for that reason. I think most will buy this to sweat. With this I feel I need to add something to my stomach to get it to sweat .

True to size. Material feels comfortable yet compression is great. The middle band stopped closing in less than three weeks. The Velcro could have been better quality. Do not machine wash. This might be the reason the Velcro did not last. Overall a good buy. Will get a smaller one soon after sweating so much!

Bought the waist trainer around February , used it only once . It became loose and with holes on the backside . Amazon this is not like you ,thought products you display should be better if not the best
