Works for some.
Not a lot of smell fairly easy to swallow. Unfortunately I have not seen any difference in how I feel. My pain level is pretty much the same and diet wise I have not notice any additional weight loss than what I was achieving with counting calories. Still loosing only 1 to 2 pounds a week. I have read and heard so much about the benefits of apple cider vinegar but could not get past the smell and taste. It does seem to help some people but after over a month I don’t seem to be one. Worth a try to see if it works for you .

Helped my uti
There’s a lot to like about these ACV capsules. I like that it has the mother, easy to take with no taste, and they last me a long time. About a year ago I discovered that my uti were because I wasn’t acidic enough and apple cider vinegar is the answer. I take one of these before bed everyday and add in more when I feel I need it. I always start with the minimal amount when trying a new herb or vitamin and increase when needed. Also I have a health and food journal that keeps things on track and helps me figure out how certain things affect me.

Travel trick
We keep buying these on Amazon’s subscription service because we cruise about 10 times a year and these are easier to transport than a bottle of ACV. You can smell the potency when opening the bottle, which assures us it is, in fact, ACV caspsules. Also, must have “with the mother” which these do. Lowers our blood sugar levels when we are eating as we should not be LOL. Easy to swallow capsules

Apple Cider vinegar capsules are fast acting.

Disappointing
The smell does not smell like any apple cider capsules I’ve taken before. It’s unpleasing.I didn’t know if they went bag, but I’m not noticing the usual results. Will find a different brand to buy from. So disappointing.
