Fantastic ! Fits right against the body , doesn’t feel awkward, I use it for Aerobic Striding AKA POWER WALKING and not a nuisance, yes the weight can’t be adjusted because it’s disbursed through the whole vest , and that’s why it’s so comfortable, highly recommended, I have the 12 lbs vest

Great vest for women !
This vest is sized very well for women. Review is for the 16 pound vest. It fits well and is a good length. It is short enough that it does not overhang the hips. Seems to be well constructed, but I have not used it for for long yet so that will be determined over time. The two buckle system is very nice. It fits more securely than my single buckle vests.Materials seem to be a good quality and well constructed. Will know better after more use.I am 5’4”, 122 pounds, 34 DD and it fits very well. Has worked well in workout classes and for hiking.I ordered the purple simply so I could tell my different weight vests apart easily, but the one downside about the light colored vest is that if you are in a hot environment and perspiring on it, it is going to end up, looking dirty on the inside. Mine is already starting to show after only a week. They are not easy to clean, so if you do not have to keep track of different weights and have several vests, I would probably recommend just getting the black one.Overall, I am very happy with this and if it holds up over time and doesn’t fall apart, I will be impressed. I’m waiting on my 20 & 25 pounders to arrive.

Well made. Comfortable fit. I’m a senior that has been trying to increase my exercise. I use it on my daily walk and it has been very effective for correcting posture and strengthening back and shoulders.

This weighted vest is well build up and made with so much thoughts to useful in so many ways. The quality of straps and the vest and the buckles and the reflective sharps are perfect example. The price is also reasonable in comparison to the quality of the product. The weights are perfectly balanced on both side and the shoulders area is made in such a way that while you are running it perfectly balanced the reflection straps are good for night runs. I ordered the 12lbs and it is perfect weights for me for my running.The sponge quality is perfect sweat absorption and it will help you to keep going for a longer run

A very high quality weighted vest for exercise and weight maintenance, for a great value, and has all the indications of what to look for;- evenly distributed weight- comfortable wide pads over the shoulders- does not shake and stays in place- the buckle feels big and heavy duty, not cheap- stitching and all is good- does have a reflective material on the front that works for visibility- does look like a fitness item, and not military gear where you would get odd looks and stares and mind your own business. Unlike some vests.Only con, the listing only comes in 12 lbs for now. Which 12lb might be the perfect weight for a lot of people especially women.Ideally the sweet spot is 10-11% of bodyweight. And Probably your ideal weight goal. So for me, I want a 17-20lb vest, and 12 lbs is lighter, only 7%.I am trying to compensate by simply wearing it for 6ish hours a day, but, if I did have the 16-20 lb, I could wear for just 1 hour and be done with it. (Do some walking or light chores with it of course, not sitting lol.)Also, I used it for 2 days in a row for 6 hours, then stopped for like a week, and resuming it I Feel so good. weighted vest feels so comfortable and light-weight now.During the 7 day break from the vest, I also resumed from a couple month hiatus a session of my dumbbell workout, which helped with the vest feeling less of a challenge after.

Even though this vest is advertised as a women’s weighted vest, I borrowed it from my spouse to try it for pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. For basic resistance work it does the job, but there are a few important things to know before buying it. The vest is not adjustable, which means you cannot make it lighter or heavier, and you are permanently stuck with the weight you choose. That may be fine for some people, but it becomes limiting if you want to progress or adjust intensity for different exercises.I also own another vest from the same brand that is adjustable from six to twelve pounds, and I like it much more. That one is more comfortable and shaped better around the shoulders and chest. This non-adjustable version is noticeably less comfortable and tends to cause chafing, especially around the shoulder area. I cannot imagine running with it, and my wife says the same. She uses it only for pull-ups, sit-ups, and light aerobic work, and even then the comfort is not ideal.Another concern is maintenance. There are no instructions on how to clean or care for the vest, and because of the materials and the filling, it is not something you can wash. I am not sure how it will hold up after long-term use, sweat, and outdoor training.If you want something more practical, I strongly recommend choosing the adjustable vest from the same brand. It fits better, feels more ergonomic, and gives you more control over the training load. This fixed-weight version works, but it is not the most comfortable option

I was always hesitant about these weighted items since id had previous ones “leak” out the weighted beads but this one seems well made and i do not worry about it breaking. ALso instead of having weights in it this style better distributes the weight. It has a double strap which is nice and doesn’t move around too much. I would certainly suggest wearing a tshirt underneath instead of a tank as it can rub up quite abit. I got the 12lb one and it makes using my bike noticeably more challenging but you can just wear it around the house too. I am a man about 190lbs and it seems to fit me perfectly. It is certainly a comparable price value compared to other similar products and i will continue to wear it while i workout to make it more challenging.
