Great idea and design, easy to adept to

These are great! I’m recovering from surgery and am working on increasing my strength. These were perfect and super cute. Even the occupational therapist liked then and wanted to know where I got them from. I love how you can increase or decrease the weight with a simple twist of taking off or putting on the extra weights on the end. They are very comfortable to hold. This is a winner!

Game changer for posture exercises
I’ve been using these for posture exercises and it’s a game changer. I love that they are adjustable so I can use a weight I’m comfortable with. Like if I’m not feeling well but still want to get my posture exercises and I can take the pieces off and use only one or 2 pounds versus 5 pounds. And it’s easy to store all the pieces. They are comfortable to hold and I think they are priced reasonable for what I got them for. I like how they come in pretty colors too. Understand that these are lightweights and not meant for complete strength training like I said I use this in addition to posture exercises to give it a little more body.
