Tastes great and really calming
I take this magnesium powder in the evening with my chamomile tea, and I honestly notice a calming effect. The berry flavor is very pleasant — not too sweet, just right. It mixes well and has become part of my nighttime routine.It’s vegan, easy to prepare, and truly helps me relax before bed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a simple way to unwind at night.

Great for putting to sleep, has bit of an unpleasant aftertaste
I add a bit of this to my sleeping tea at night and it puts me to sleep much faster and for much longer than the tea itself! Magnesium has worked so much better for me than melatonin, I don’t face fatigue when I wake up or vivid dreams at night.The only minor complaint I have is that there is a bit of an aftertaste, I tend to scrape my tongue after to prevent the unpleasantry. I’ll definitely purchase this again, it helps relax me so quickly and puts my mind at ease just as fast as my body.

It tastes good – super sour, not much of a difference in relaxation.
I drank this for a few weeks – haven’t noticed a change in my relaxation. Sleep hasn’t changed much – not sure if I need to keep taking it or if I’m just not noticing the small benefits. Regardless, it tastes good !!!

This is amazing, helps you relax and sleep well!
The taste is good, it dissolves in anything (not just hot water like the label says) and it works so well to relax me and then help me get to sleep and stay asleep. You can mix different things with it to make it like a mocktail. Some reviews said to mix with tart cherry juice so I tried that and it is so good! One part tart cherry juice and one part sparkling water and it is such a nice mocktail to wind down at the end of the day and get a good night sleep.
