Comfortable and warm
This soft, royal-purple, velour hoodie is as soft as a kitten. It fits well and is unrestrictive of active movement. It is extremely light, while being thick enough to add considerable warmth. It is not a good wind break; therefore it does not trap moisture.Sizing is spot-on for the female form, but for men that might think it looks handsome, the length is such that it is unlikely to reach a man’s beltline – sort of like a too-short Eisenhower jacket.As can be seen in the photo, there is a half-zip and a hand warmer above the waistline. The hood has no drawstring. The waistline is constructed of a 2-inch-wide elastic band of the same color as the body of the hoodie.The care instructions are sewn into a seam and are typical for polyester 95%, Spandex 5% – gentle machine wash in no more than warm water. No machine drying. No bleach. No drycleaning. Gentle cool ironing allowed.Comfort is what this indoor/outdoor hoodie is all about – Comfort and a stylish presentation.

Velvety velour cropped hoodie
I ordered this velour pullover hoodie from Yucolen because I really wanted to see if velour could make a comeback in my closet. I must say I’m impressed with this new offering.First, the fabric is buttery velvety midweight richness. It has a smooth interior and a lusciously soft velour exterior. The purple color I ordered is rich and very purple! The listing on Amazon definitely stated that the top was cropped, but it didn’t look very cropped on the model. I can tell you that it is a cropped cut that comes just to the high waistline of my exercise leggings. I’ve included photos of the waistline worn over a shirt and also where it falls with my shirt tucked in. It is definitely cropped. However, the small size I ordered fits me perfectly, so order based on your true size.I haven’t seen velour in many years, and I’m still trying to get a custom to wearing it again, but I think it looks good. It does provide warmth as the weight of the fabric is a mid-heavy kind of weight.Overall, if you like velour fabric and a cropped cut, then you will love this! I think the purchase price is fair, but it would be even more justified if you can find it on sale or with a coupon.

Bright and Soft!
I was a teenager the first time velour became popular back in the 70’s and I couldn’t get enough of it then, lol. I am so glad to see it making a comeback! It has to be one of the softest , silkiest materials out there. It keeps you warm without feeling bulky and it always looks so plush and velvety. It’s easy care (although the instructions on this piece says not to tumble dry) , doesn’t wrinkle, and generally looks good on most everyone.I will wear this half zip hoodie primarily as a shirt this winter. It is cropped, but not too short and will pair great with jeans or with shorts (I live in coastal Texas where we wear shorts all year round). The bright pink color is cheerful and bright. The large pockets in the front are handy . The material is so comfortable and light. The size is accurate. I may have ordered more velour than I needed this winter and this is my very favorite piece.

Very cozy, good fit
I ordered this in a medium (I’m a curvy US 10) and it fits nicely. Cropped but not too cropped. Will pair well with my velour pants and high waist track pants. Seems reasonably well made, the zipper is good quality.

Soft, warm, and really cute hoodie
I already love this hoodie! It’s soft, cozy, and great for casual days or errands. I got the size small in black, and it fits true to size. For reference, I’m 5’2″, 130 pounds, and typically wear a size 2-4 in tops. The cropped length hits right at the top of my high waisted leggings or jeans, which is perfect. It’s not super short, so it’s still warm.The material is really soft, both inside and out, which is important to me because I have sensitive skin. It has that velvet look without feeling too heavy.The black color looks just like the pictures, and the style is easy to pair with jeans, leggings, or joggers. It’s comfortable enough for lounging but still cute enough to wear out.Overall, I really like this hoodie. It’s soft, warm, and fits well, and I would definitely recommend it.

The cropped hoodie is so comfy and warm. I love it so much; this piece is going to be one of my favorite hoodies. The softness of the pink velvet makes it suitable for my daily wear.It has a front half zipper and front pocket pouch. The fabric is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The fabric is thick, lightweight, and breathable, perfect for Florida’s cold weather right now.This hoodie is true to color and size, and it comes in many color options, including purple, rose red, aqua blue, beige white, black, and tomato red.The price is just right for this excellent quality product. I highly recommend it.

Pretty but not very lush
Meh. I was super excited to get this and it’s ok. It just doesn’t feel as lush as other velour items I’ve gotten in the past. Don’t get me wrong, it’s soft. And the pink is a nice color. It just wasn’t the quality I was hoping for.

Great Cool Weather Cropped Top!
I was pleasantly surprised on how soft and warm this cropped hoodie felt when I tried it on. The large size fit me perfectly and comfortably. The purple is rich in color and the material feels like velour and velvety and it’s not too thick nor bulky. The quality is well made and I love how the zipper goes up to the top of the collar rather than just below. This is a great top to add to your cool weather wardrobe!
