BUY THEM. Super nice quality and easy to use. Love that you can change the weight. It makes it great for storage and not taking up to much space if you live in an apartment or just don’t have the extra room for workout gear. So easy to do I can even take the weight pieces off and one one handed(per the video). Easy to adjust for sure! Great price! Better than buying individual dumbbells. Really cool that it comes in different colors as well. They fit well in my hands too. And I can grip them easily.

I turn 70 this year and have health issues so this purchase was perfect for helping maintain a level of exercise to mitigate my health issues. I do a yoga for the elderly with mobility challenges and this set is an excellent addition to my tools of stretch bands, yoga blocks and straps.
