I’ve been having trouble getting enough fiber in my diet due to mental health issues, so I needed to try something. These genuinely taste good and are pleasant to eat, and I appreciate that the “dose” is spread out among multiple gummies to make it easier to customize how much I have each time.The only reason this gets 4 stars is because it’s a pretty outrageous price. I don’t use these daily, but if they’re used as recommended, this bottle is going to be gone very quickly because the suggested amount is like 3 gummies once or twice a day. So if you actually need as much as they suggest, this is gonna be even more expensive than at first glance.That said, I’m lucky enough to be able to afford this, and it’s really helped me. If you’re in a similar boat or don’t mind paying the steep price, they’re great.
