Really good purchase. They are fully adjustable, don’t slip. The sand bags are easy to remove and replace. I’ve seen complaints about that on other brands but that’s not the case here at all. Glad I got these.

Great Weight and Adjustability, but Strap Design Feels Like a Step Back
The APEXUP 10lbs adjustable ankle weights provide more than enough resistance, and the modular design allows for fine-tuned adjustments based on the workout. The weight inserts slide in and out smoothly, and once strapped on, the overall fit is secure with minimal shifting during exercise.However, the updated strap design feels like a downgrade from the previous version. The material seems thinner and less rigid, which makes it harder to achieve a firm, confident wrap. It still works, but it requires a bit more effort to get the tightness just right, and I’m not entirely sure about its long-term durability.Even with this drawback, the product remains a solid choice for adding adjustable resistance to leg or glute workouts. With an improved strap, it would easily be a five-star item.

Easy to use & comfortable
A very nice set of adjustable ankle weights. The 1 lb weights are soft bags of sand so they don’t pinch or poke. Velcro strap works well. One thing – the weights are fairly easy to get out, but take some doing to get back in – it gets easier with practice 🙂

Strictly Ankle/Wrist Weights
I purchased a pair of these weights in purple. They appear to be well made, and the color is gorgeous. These weights are described in both the title and description as leg weights, not just ankle weights. However, because of the way the strap attaches (the velcro strap first goes backwards thru a metal loop, and then forward again and around) the straps are not long enough be used above the knee unless you have pencil legs. I needed above the knee weights. It’s too bad, because if the velcro had been applied differently, the existing strap would have been plenty long. I thought about changing the velcro but realized it would take too much time. Because I couldn’t put them on, I returned them unused. The separate one pound weight packages are filled with sand, and are packaged inside the weights. Before you start pulling them out to lessen the amount of weight, think about how much weight you want to remove, and where the remaining weights should be placed because they are very difficult to put back in.
