What an amazing product this is! I want to leave a simple review on the Fruit Punch flavor.Taste 10/10 – This tasted like pure Kool-Aid! It was amazing to drink and I never wanted to finish it. It was so good.Mixability 10/10 – At first when I mixed these BCAA’s with water, it was very chunky. I read a review on Amazon saying it would be like that at first and then fine. So I waited 30 seconds and came back to it and it was pure liquid! Couldn’t even see the powder and it tasted amazing. Mixes very well and I couldn’t see any powder at all – not even settling at the bottom.Effectiveness 10/10 – This isn’t a product that is going to increase your 1 rep max by 30lbs on the first day of that is what you are expecting. On the other hand, you will immediately see what it does. This product helps your muscles to recover faster, and I was definitely able to push out those extra reps!Put yourself in this position. You are curling Dumbbells, and you are on your 6th rep. Your goal is 8 but that just seems out of reach right now, so you just drop the weight. This is going to push you to get those next 2 reps! It’s not a pre-workout but gives you that same push to finish!Attractiveness 5/10 – The only aspect of this product that I didn’t like was the mini-tub it came in. It looks nothing like the tub in the picture here, it’s very basic. But that’s just me being a bit picky! Not a big deal because it’s the actual product that counts, but I would like to see an improvement in the looks.Absolutely phenomenal product overall and will continue buying my BCAA’s from BPI Sports.

Great tasting bcaa blend
One of the best tasting bcaa blends I have tried. I honestly don’t know if there is any way to know for sure if using bcaa’s has any affect or if it’s a placebo but it makes me feel as though it’s working giving me extra energy and less sore the following day which is all that really matters. I have tried many before and this one is very enjoyable but the one suggestion I can give is use more than the 8oz of water the directions recommend. I usually put a scoop in a water bottle with 16oz as this can be quite sweet tasting if you do not add the extra water. Overall I like this and have already reordered a second one. Fruit punch is the only flavor I have tried so far and it’s great.

I purchased this in the Fruit Punch flavor and I love it! Its pretty sweet so I do add more water than it suggests. I am not a hard core weight lifter and have recently been seeing a personal trainer. So after a few days of being so sore I could barely walk I decided to give this a try. I use this now after every session with my trainer. I am no longer sore! I still have a bit of soreness but its not so bad that I can’t sit down on the toilet after leg day (haha) I can’t wait to try this product in different flavors. This is a great product for anyone who is working out regularly or even just starting (like me!)

I love this stuff
I love this stuff! My shifts at a busy medical facility start at 0600, and l have trouble eating when l get up at 0430 for work, and drinking this helps me maintain my energy levels throughout the morning until my lunch break. The only issues that l have with it– and they’re both easily fixed and minor– are that a) it has a tendency to not mix completely unless l shake the hell out of my bottle with a coiled, metal mixer ball thrown in, and, two, the flavor is REALLY sweet. Almost like a flat Rock Star Fruit Punch. So, to cut down on the sweetness, I mix one scoop into 20oz of water or 2 scoops into the 40oz bottle that l use at work. I’d easily recommend this to others, just be ready to dilute it if you’re not a huge fan of intensely sweet drinks. 🙂
