Fantastic product worth the price
I buy this for two reasons. I personally use it for indigestion but also wanted a family member to use it for the glucose assistance. I was well aware that ACV can help with both issues and we have found this product to be very reliable. Please note that we were using the liquid before but I don’t enjoy drinking apple cider vinegar diluted in water. I will note that the family member is a diabetic and we were previously using a mixture of ACV diluted in water with ground cinnamon mixed in to give her insulin time to take effect. This is easier on the taste buds.

Healthy choice, good price
This is a great way to get a supplement without drinking the vinegar. Bragg is known for its health benefits. I had no issues taking the capsules and it was cheaper on Amazon than on their website.

I just starting to use these and I will write again after one month using for result . So far is good . I don’t have any issue like stomachaches and they are digestive very well and I don’t know yet they are effective or not and need to take 3 every day and I think a price is high because you need to ordered them every month

Clear Skin!
I bought this because I have bad cystic acne. I read that glucose can create more oil production so I thought I’d give it a shot, as I’ve read it can balance your blood sugar spikes. I take 1-2 with every meal, less than the recommended dosage.Alongside this change, I started Dr. Althea 345 Acne Cream, Timeless Vit C Serum, and Face Reality 8% Mandelic Serum for anyone else there struggling to find clear skin.

I was not impressed so I didn’t buy a second bottle after this. I was hoping for major debloat but saw no difference in my stomach appearance, it didn’t lean me out and I lift weight 3 to 4 nights a week! There was no weight loss either.
