Just started using this. Using it as a caffeine supplement in the morning. Make sure to eat a banana or something with it so you won’t feel nauseous. I’m training to lose weight and heard green tea is a good supplement that actually targets the body fat instead of the “fat burners” out there who just shed water weight without actually burning any fat. There are many studies suggesting this. This is my second week with it and it’s been great. Easy to swallow and good quality. Lost 5 lbs since. With heavy training and little dieting.

Ease into your day slowly, feel good, have energy
These are really great. It makes me feel like I’ve slowly started to wake up and ease into my day instead of getting a heart palpitation/panic attack like coffee does to me. The only issue I’ve had is that it’s not a good idea (for me) to take it on an empty stomach because I have a stomach acid issue. So it makes me a little dizzy if I’ve had no food. I have started to lose a little weight, but I recently cut excessive sugar and gluten out of my diet (they were causing me issues).
