They work!!! Pain free period and clear skin!
I waited to write this review until I had been taking them for a while and had a monthly so I could really determine if they worked. And holy moly… they do work!! My monthly started today, and I was so shocked when it did because I have had no cramps or a breakout, and that’s usually how I can tell it’s coming on. For the first time in literal years, I am pain free with my period. I am mind blown. I really wasn’t expecting them to work so good. They taste good, and you get a lot in the bottle so the price is worth it. They’re easy to remember, because I just take 1 every morning with breakfast and 1 every night with dinner. They came sealed, so great quality. And my skin looks amazing too!! It’s clear for the first time in ages. Obviously if any symptoms return or they stop working, I’ll come update… but as of right now, get them!!

This bottle includes 60 gummies at 2 per serving, which would last one month. They claim to provide hormonal support and PMS relief, so I decided to give them a shot. I wanted to like these, but I don’t think I will continue to take them. The gummies taste pretty good and contain a few different vitamins that are beneficial for hormonal support. After a few days of use, I started to notice that my skin was breaking out horribly so I immediately stopped taking. It’s hard to tell if they are effective at pain relief, mood swings, or energy level as I had to stop taking them. The price is fair, but there must be something in the ingredient list that caused a reaction for me so I will continue researching other options.

Good and Balanced
I have been really interested in focusing on optimizing and balancing my hormones. I specifically have really wanted to focus on supplements for women, so I was excited to try these. Since starting these, I have felt less bloated, and overall my health has felt improved. I feel like I have had less breakouts, and I am excited to see how these results continue as time progresses. I haven’t had a bad reaction to these at all, and while I definitely need more time to truly see results, I feel like they have already made a significant improvement.
