Tastes great, but does NOT curb appetite
I have been a mess with my appetite since having my gallbladder and kidney stone removed. I can’t stop eating for some reason. I’ve tried various appetite suppressants and none work so far for me. I even tried taking this tincture twice in one day. Nope, I can finish off a bag of chips and/or a huge bowl of blueberries, etc. and feel tired. I will say the flavor is wonderful. It’s like a subtle pineapple water you want at a yoga retreat or conference. Seriously, it tastes great. If they could figure out a way to sell it as a cocktail/mocktail mix, it would be a huge hit. I have no idea if it helps with heart health or mental clarity. I already take reservatrol and citacoline melts for that assistance. Anyway, not saying you should or shouldn’t buy it, just letting you know my opinion. I’ll finish the bottle for the flavor alone.
