Reduces wrist pain while I’m working out
I am in my seventies and have arthritis in my wrists. These gloves are a huge help when I am working out and lifting 15 pound hand weights. They are padded on the palm – also good for pushups and more comfort when gripping hand weights. They are adjustable and the velcro closure on the wrist holds up.

Perfect for gripping weights, padded but without the EXCESS bulk in the palms that many gloves have. Fit well. Not hot. EASY to put on and Easy to remove. I’ll likely get another pair.

Good gloves but not long lasting for me
Gloves are solid overall but they only lasted about 2 months before the padding came out and they started to have rips. If you workout 3 days or so per week this is the duration they will last you. But they are comfortable and get the job done
