Effective and good flavor
This works and doesn’t taste bad. I did try it a few different ways and the absolute best way I found was with an electrolyte drink. My preference is body armour lyte peach mango. I take a drink out of the bottle, pour my scoop of creatine in shake it up and pour over ice. It’s AMAZING. It taste delicious this way, and gives me more energy & hydration. Fabulous ❤️ I have started doing this before a workout instead of taking a pre-workout. While I don’t have that crazy rush like with a pre-workout, I have sustainable energy and feel great after my workout.

It works well and it tastes pretty decent. It’s a sweet orange flavor, not exactly a natural taste, but I’m not averse to it at all. I use a blender bottle and 8oz of cold water with 1 scoop, like the instructions say. I love how it enhances my gym time. I feel like wonder woman!

This women’s creatine powder is a great all-in-one supplement. I like that it includes creatine along with collagen, BCAAs, vitamins, and other helpful ingredients. It mixes well, tastes good, and gives a nice boost for workouts and recovery. A convenient and effective formula for daily use.

Comprehensive & Decent Taste
I have been using this product for about a year. I drink it when I am not having a protein shake with creatine added. It’s a decent alternative. I put it in a shaker bottle and it dissolves well, but does require regular shaking while you drink it because there is some settling to the bottom. The flavor is ok, not great – but not overly sweetened with artificial sweeteners. I keep buying it because it’s the best one I have found that has multiple different supplements included for the price and taste.

Clean NUTRA Women’s Creatine
Overall a good creatine powder. It mixes well with water and has a tropical taste. The residual can ve chalky, but I just add a bit more water with the leftover and it is fine. The performance review is below (four months of taking this supplement):I lift weights three times a week. I hace noticed a LOT less DOMS and soreness the day after. I used to be súper sore the day after legs, and I have not been sore. I am also less bloated. Before taking this, the day after squats I would retain water and sometimes be bloated. This has ceased to exist since taking this daily. I also feel like my cellulite is less, which is probably due to less water retention. I am also able to lift more, especially doung chest press which is my weakest area. I take this once a day, everyday regardless of if I an lifting or not.Before fotos are Day 1 and After is Day 28.

It’s a flavored product and has sweetener in it
I love the ingredients in this formula, but I cannot tolerate artificial sweetener and I had no idea that it would be flavored so for that I’m giving it three stars instead of five

Great product for Women!!
I’ve been using this for a little over a month and I can definitely feel/see the change. I was taking a different creatine (not made for women) and there’s no comparison. Such a huge difference with my energy and workouts but the major difference has been with my skin and hair. My hair is so full and thick now, so that’s an added bonus! The only reason I bought this was because it was tailored for women, and I’m glad I did. I wish I would have taken a before and after pics had I known the nutrients would give me these results. You definitely have to give it time to see results. The taste is tolerable, it’s not chalky but more of a slight tangy orange flavor. I just mix it with water and it dissolves fine. I’m happy with the results and definitely recommend.
