Great supplement for my mother-in-law
I bought this creatine supplement for my 68-year-old mother-in-law, and she has been very happy with it. It mixes easily, has no strong taste, and is gentle on her stomach. She feels more energetic and has noticed an improvement in her strength and recovery. It’s a great product, and I’m glad I chose this brand.

Does Not Cause Bloating
Not the best tasting but does not get me bloated which I love. Also it is very affordable and has BCAAs. 5mg per serving!

Have only used this for a few days, it seems to give me lasting energy throughout the day, I use way less than the recommended dose as I am older and not doing heavy workouts but take it before my swim and I like how it affects my energy during exercise and all day would recommend this and it’s not too expensive seems to be a good quality also mixes easily and no taste.

Love this creatine! I believe my muscles are growing more (my 🍑 specifically) but the taste is so bad so that’s why knocked a star. Great and for the price it’s hard to beat.

Pleased with my purchase.
Tastes absolutely horrible dissolved in water, but if you mix it in a protein shake it’s not bad. Dissolves easily. Currently on a glp1 and read that using this can help reduce muscle loss when combine with strength training. Hoping for the best! No adverse side effects noted so far.

Did not notice much energy, and the taste is unpleasant. I did notice my face starting to break out. Will most likely try another brand.
