I find that taking capsules is much more useful and these seem to be effective
I really appreciate the BCAA as I have trouble getting the necessary amount I need just out of the supplements I take for weightlifting alone. I find that it’s actually easier for me to take it in capsule form and I feel like it’s also more consistent as I’ve noticed that my workouts have been more effective and I’m putting on more muscle mass as a result. These are very easy to swallow and don’t have any lingering aftertaste or sudden odd smells they seem to be exactly what they claim to be and for that reason they also seem to be pretty effective. Overall I think that this is a little bit better in terms of finding a good delivery mechanism and a way to supplement my daily Branch chain amino acids because I personally don’t like drinking protein shakes I actually find them to taste disgusting no matter what brand it doesn’t feel right to have to chug and I’d actually just rather swallow a few pills so this appeals to me and has made my routine much more solid and is really helped me to maintain a consistent flow with my workouts.

Good results and a value at its price.
I was looking for a BCAA supplement to help with my muscle recovery after my intense workouts and found this one and decided to give it a try.After they arrived, I was looking over the label and noticed that it did not state where this supplement was manufactured but only that it was “Carefully Manufactured For Doctor’s Recipes.” To me that is not a big deal because I have heard of this brand of supplements, and I know they have a solid reputation, but I just wanted to note it for those who look for that information.I have been taking it for about 3 weeks and have noticed that my muscles are not sore as long, which means they are healing faster. I will note that you have to stick with taking these for a week and a half or two before you really start to feel the benefits. The capsules themselves are medium-sized as far as capsules go, and they are easy to swallow.Overall I am happy with the quality of the supplement and the results that I am seeing from their use. As far as the price goes, I think these are an excellent value, especially when compared to some of the other brands out there.

Too low of dose for me
I can see why the price is so low. BCAA 1000mg doesn’t tell you how much is really in each of the amino acids. Each one has to be a certain amount if you’re into muscle building, especially the bodybuilding sport.Sure the capsules may be easy to swallow, and I can add it to food or as an extra to supplementation, but this won’t be enough for me into muscle building. This might be ideal amount for teenagers which are already getting protein from food, or elderly with poor dietary habits to give them at least slight advantage, or someone experiencing muscular wasting, but a professional in healthcare and nutritionist competent in regards to this would be your best persons for advisement if this is the case.2 vegetable capsules is only going to get you to 0.5 grams of L-leucine. 5 grams is the sweet spot for me, but no less than 2.5 grams.

I have been taking these BCAA capsules every day as part of my post workout routine and they have been a great addition. I take them right after training along with my protein shake to help with recovery and to increase my amino acid intake for building and repairing muscle tissue. Great alternative to powders
I was really excited to try bcaas via capsules rather than the powders I was used to getting. It’s easy and convenient to take and really seems to help with recovery. My leg day workouts are pretty rough and since taking these I feel like I bounce back so much faster and my energy level has been higher too.
