Great for beginners/very light weights
I think this is great for complete beginners. The weights are very light and not challenging for me personally. The kettlebell portion is a great idea in theory, but it is very awkward for some of the kettlebell exercises because of its unusual shape. For the basics it is just fine. The product is well made, easy to use, and takes up little space. I wish it had heavier weights.

These are awesome. You can use as a kettle ball or individual weights in each hand. They are heavy enough for me and I even leave two weights off. After just one week of use doing 10-15 minute workouts I’ve noticed a difference. I totally recommend. I will admit the handle does get a bit rough where it splits to open. Still love them.
