Pros: I am new to Pilates but everything seems really well made. It comes with 1 ball, 1 ring, 3 bands and a ball pump. Nice little set for adding variety to home workouts. The rings and bands are lightweight but give a decent amount of resistance and good for stretching or toning. Great for Pilates beginners or anyone just looking to mix things up without needing a lot of space.Cons: I wish it came with a few things like maybe as exercise guide and also figure out how to air up the ball without losing air each time.Otherwise it is a nice starter kit.

Great value, quality is really nice for the price point compared to competitors, seem easy to use if I ever decide to open it and try Pilates. Durability? Hmm guess so. Stability? Like what? I’m not standing on them but I guess they are stable…more than me. Comfort? Not sure exercising equipment can be comfortable but maybe..go off queen. And I guess you can carry it wherever you want to Pilate, it does come with a bag.

Middle of the road Pilates starter set
Bands seem so close to the same size and stretch I can’t tell much of a difference. The ball is fine but not too firm. The Pilates ring is very cheap and flimsy. But for the price, this set does the trick for a beginner.

My favorite supplemental workout tools. Very easy to use. I use them to work up my legs before a workout. The material is durable. Have had no issues in function. Size and quality are great as well.
