Great product, horrible days late delivery by Amazon delivery
I’ve been using this for a few years now, and it is the best and works well for my body. However, the shipping and delivery was – again – delayed several days due to Amazon’s failure to properly manage their delivery service. Next time, I will just buy one at a store in the area that sells this brand which is not readily available in stores near me. But waiting and waiting and waiting and being notified of ‘problem in transit’ for days is unacceptable.

Don’t believe every negative review! Easy to swallow and no strong odors.
My bottle was delivered NEXT DAY!! After reading reviews before purchasing, I was reading that the pills were hard to swallow (NOT TRUE). I also read that there was No odor making it questionable (NOT TRUE). I also read that it had strong vinegar smell and if you left the capsule on your tongue a few seconds you coukd taste the vinegar (ALSO NOT TRUE)!! My bottle came sealed and when I opened it, the 1st thing I did was stick my nose to it and was smelling it. It smelled like Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother (as it should since this is the capsule form of what you want) but the odor was not over powering like some reviews said. It was not untolerable. I think some people are very much more sensitive & exagerate. I took 2 capsules after my lunch and even let them sit on my tongue a few seconds and I definitely DID NOT Taste the vinegar, nor did I have a hard time swallowing the capsules. I look forward to the benefits!!! I hope this review helps the next hesitant customer to just buy it and try it.

Awesome supplement
I really like these and find that they have a very tart taste if you let them sit on your tongue so I think they are authentic. I also trust this brand and have used lots of their supplements over the years. I have been using them while intermittent fasting and have experienced some weight loss but I can’t attribute that exclusively to the product. More than anything, I have noticed better digestion since starting to take this product. For someone who has struggled with Candida and leaky gut for years… that is a huge win!I also tried the potent organic brand and I like these better. They cost more but the pills are smaller and they actually smell like Apple cider vinegar… the others did not.

I wish sometimes I wouldn’t jump on the wagon and try things I read about because it usually as ends up with me spending money needlessly. I had been having some issues and read an article that references taking vinegar cider pills. I saw absolutely no difference in anything when taking these. Tasted and smelled very vinergy. All I did was waste money “to see” if taking them helped my inflammation and it did not.

You’re suppose to take two aday, either together one after each meal. I found these too powerful for me; giving me the runs even when I reduced to one aday. So after this purchase I will be looking for weaker suppliemnt.
