The tablets are nice and small and since I only take one a day with vitamin D3 they will last a nice long timeso for the money well worth it I would also like to thank Amazon for giving me credit on the natures bounty thatI didn’t have to send back so I gave it to a friend that is okay with the big tablets

I’ve been taking Solgar Magnesium with Vitamin B6 for a few weeks now and really feel the difference. My evening muscle tension has eased, and I’m sleeping more deeply and waking up less tired. He estado tomando el magnesio con vitamina B6 de Solgar y la verdad es que sí he notado beneficios. Me ayuda a relajar los músculos después del ejercicio y también siento que duermo mejor. Además, me da un pequeño impulso de energía durante el día y me ayuda con la sensación de fatiga.Las cápsulas son fáciles de tomar y no me han causado malestar estomacal.
