I Would highly recommend! I purchased because after a mommy makeover the one from the plastic surgeon irritated my skin, even with a tank top under them. These are sooooo comfortable, absolutely a must! It holds your posture correctly and has adjustable compression and is super easy to use, helps with back support which is also a must after not being able to straighten for a little more than a week. I let mine air out a few hours before wearing it because it had a packaged smell “not terrible “ but I felt like it needed a few hours unpackaged. I do recommend sizing up for sure if your using it after a tummy tuck or mommy makeover .I ordered a Large at first and couldn’t zip it but I did keep it for later. Next I order a XXL And while it does fit, it’s still a bit to snug but I kept it for my next step down. Before surgery my normal clothing size is medium to large and The last thing you wanna hear after a mommy makeover is a XXXL but I do feel like a Xxxl would be this size I should’ve began with. I’m 5’3 and 146 pounds, Definitely recommend sizing up. Fabric and quality is so amazing!

This waist trainer has been the easiest thing to put on and is very comfortable. I bought this to help with compression for an abdominal surgery and I adore that it doesn’t just cut off bluntly but goes lower to help protect my scar while healing. I absolutely recommend.

Great Sweat Band and compression
So I was looking for something that would help me sweat more and help keep my stomach flat(3 weeks post lipo). I’ve started back to working out and need something to wear to the gym , but still provide support.I ordered a large in the double belt version. My waist is a 30. I will say this is true to size. I typically wear a large shirt. The zipper part has very little to no stretch, so it will be tight. I probably could’ve done an XL for complete comfort since I am still somewhat swollen from my procedure. It’s a great fit so I decided to keep it as it’s very supportiveI workout out at Orangetheory Fitness about 5 times a week; so my workouts are intense. This gave me all the support I needed and a great sweat.If i had any CONS, I would say, (1) I have a short torso, so it does stop right above my pubic area which with some movements in the gym can be uncomfortable.(2) I did notice I wasn’t able to fully take a deep breath while wearing. The top part stops right under breast area near diaphragm, so because the zipper portion has no stretch, it made it uncomfortable. The 4th day in the gym wearing it, I had to take it off mid class because I couldn’t take a full breath with it. Once removed, all was well. I’ll keep this once, but may order another in XL until my swelling resolves.

I order a small size but it is actually way to big, the size chapter they provide is not accurate, also the material looks cheap. Not similar to the pictures at all.
