This is the Best Yoga/workout Mat in the World!! It is Perfectly Textured on BOTH SIDES so that it Doesn’t Slip on any floor at all!!! I am finally Safe on the slick wooden floor in our dance studio! And the mat is the perfect density to protect my knees & elbows without using 2 mats at once! It’s also super lightweight!!!I bought 3 mats from Amazon before this one & tried many many different ones from local stores, & this is the ONLY One That Will Not Slide around!

Good value mat
I’ve been using this 2x weekly for more than a year now. It’s held up well. No tears or texture changes. It’s thick enough, long enough and wide enough for me to lay on without feeling the floor and to do my exercises. It’s not too slippery. Its ends roll up and I place weights on them to hold them down. It is bulkier than the thin yoga mats many use, but I like the thickness and can manage the bulkiness. It had no odor when I first rolled it out. Overall, I am satisfied with it.

Either I’m super swoll or the band to hold it is weak.
Everything was great about the mat. I was working out, super impressed with the way it made my back feel supported. I did yoga and was even more impressed when I truly felt how comfortable and thick it felt. But then, out of no where, I was tightening the bands around the purple and blue yoga mat and…IT SNAPS! I was shocked!!! But instead of freaking out I made the broken strap work until I ordered a bag to hold the yoga mat.Anyway, the mat is amazing quality but the bands to hold it… not so much on that level yet.

Sweaty Hand and Pressure Point Nemesis
Bought this because of the texture comments and it did not disappoint. Lots of people like those sticky mats – you know the ones . . . You it’s a silent room and you HEAR a hand Thffffpht from the mat and adjust over? This doesn’t happen with this one thankfully. You want to know what sucks about those mats? If you have sweaty hands, that sticky Thfffpht stops happening and your mat is not a slip and slide. This may top is more fabric like, so sweat doesn’t make it slick. Also, it’s nice and cushy. So if you’re worried about your tushy, this mat is also perfect. I’m a plus sized yogi, and it has been perfect for me. Not to narrow, works beautifully. It has a strap, but it’s useless if you’re larger. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

厚手のマットで体が痛くありません。大好きなオレンジ色で気分も上がります。グリップが強いので体勢をKeepしやすいのですが、そのため体を滑らせるような動きには向いていません。固定の紐がやや使いづらいです。中に入っていた小さなマットの切れ端？にしては大きいのですが何に使うものですか？

I am giving 4 stars because the item arrived damaged but the entire experience was great1/ item arrived faster than expected2/ customer service was top notch3/ currently my city is in lockdown and the customer service was understanding and we worked out a solution that was tailored to my situation.The mat is very good quality, very light weightand thicker than your average mat (as described), firm enough to give good balance on standing pose, doesn’t stretch when planking, and yet smooth under your knees and easy on the wrists.But I think it wasn’t packed properly. The box didn’t seemed damaged (but carton might have more bounce than the mat)Something heavy crushed the mat and ruined the foam. Resulting in permanent creases and dentsThe stripes where shoved inside the mat which caused the dents.Despite this I didn’t notice any tears, which I think is a tribute to how good quality it’s supposed to be.So overall with a sturdier package I would definitely recommend and buy again this mat! I wish they made the same but wider!

床にピタッと張り付きホールド感があります。また厚みがあるので、肘や膝をついたときに優しく受けてくれて、色んなポーズを安心して取ることができます。幅も程よく長さがあり、一般的なヨガなら充分。ただ、その分重いし大きいし巻きにくい！ほぼ敷きっぱなしになっています。。（マメにヨガするには良いのかも）持ち運びは不向きなので家用でしか使えないかなと思います。優しいグリーン色にしたことで、部屋での存在感が薄らいで良かったです。
