I had previously purchased Futurebiotics’ Ashwagandha and loved it, so when it came time to re-stock, I decided to try this formula. Just like their other supplements, the quality is excellent, and I can actually notice a difference when I take it. This blend really helps me relax, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall mood since starting it.I usually take it along with magnesium about an hour before bed, and it makes a noticeable difference in how calm and balanced I feel. On top of that, you get 120 vegetarian tablets for only $10, which is an amazing value considering the quality.They don’t upset my stomach, and I’ve been really happy with how consistent the results are. Futurebiotics continues to impress me with their high-quality, affordable vitamin. The pill size isn’t big so they’re easy to swallow.

Don’t go past 4 to 6 weeks of use
Pro: this supplement is SUPER effective. It did wonders for leveling out my mood and keep me just very even over the course of the time I took it. I took the recommended dose and finished the bottle. It was honestly so amazing how happy and calm I wasThe CON: once you get off of this med (I ran out and was slow to reorder) you will definitely know. My anxiety went through the roof and it gave me a ball of anxiety in the center of my chest. Upon researching St John’s Wort and Rhodiola effect your serotonin essentially causing it to increase and giving you a dopamine response. This is really great if you’re anxious or you struggle with depression. However, if you’re neither of those things and you come off of this, you don’t feel great until your body readjust and goes back to its normal levels. You shouldn’t be on either for more than six weeks at a time. So just a word of caution. Be cautious for sure if you have a cardiac history as this will effect your heart after you discontinue if you don’t slowly taper off

I love these. Have had bad insomnia for years and take way too much melatonin and even after that horrible sleep. I’ve been sleeping 5 and 6 hours straight which is not usual and I usually sleep 2 hours at a time. During the day I feel a lot less stressed and peaceful. Hoping these results keep up, have been on these about a week or so.

These Definitely Put the Chill in Chill Pill!
I bought these to help me relax in the evening after a stressful day and boy do they work! About an hour after taking, my entire mood changes and I am super chill. What I was not expecting is how sleepy they make me feel. I find myself falling asleep a lot in the evening after taking, and when I do go to bed at night, I am finding it extremely hard to get out of bed in the morning. That is the only drawback. The grogginess I feel in the morning, and I am only taking one out of the recommended two pill dose!I’ve been on these for about a month now and they are still working wonders for me. I just wish they didn’t make me sleep as hard as I do and not want to get out of bed in the morning!
