The best pair of grip pads
These are actually great, they last longer than any other pair of pads I’ve owned. These newer versions are bigger than the old, they cover your entire hand and a little bit of your wrist. That part’s dumb, but overall quality purchase. I don’t lift without these. Cushion is great, look is great. They keep my hands nice so I can put them all over my wife.

Superior hand protection and grip control
I purchased these grips originally to enhance the grip on flat bench barbell presses because I had an accident where the bar slipped.I was so impressed with the way these help buffer the weight across your palm in addition to the solid control they provide in the grip itself, that I bought a second set.I was worried they might not hold up, but after six months of use they have proven more resilient than standard workout gloves for the same cost.I’m addition, their protection of the critical portions of your palm and hand is superior to any globe I have used and they don’t split at the seams like regular gym gloves always do.I would recommend these for any serious lifter.

I love them, I’ll never go to the gym without them again! No more Calloused hands and no more discomfort with heavy weight so it helped increase weight and reps. The added circumference also gives a great forearm pump.

These are exactly what I needed.
The grips made out of foam, come apart and are useful for about a month to two months. These are made of rubber and are twice the price of the foam ones (12 bucks compared to about 25 for these), but these have held up better than the two foam grips. Hopefully these will last 6 months or longer.I do about 100 pull ups every two days, this adds up to 300-400 a week, depending on which rotation I’m on. These are hand savers!

Better than gloves
I was a little sceptical at first as they seemed too big but overall they really do the job they are designed to do. They feel great and really grip the bar well without creating any hand fatigue. I like that, unlike gloves you can easily wipe your sweaty hands while keeping the grips on and unlike gloves you can easily take them off when you don’t need them. I do think they can make them a bit smaller towards the bottom/palm side of the grip. I’m very happy with the purchase
