only the stuff you want and not much elsewell a lot of one (vegitable glycirin) and a bit of the other (500mg depending on how much you squirt)Long has it been touted the benefits of green tea…but what they didn’t warn you about is how flavorless it kind of is – so I tried to take it for a while and just found no joy in it over earl grey, which I adore…and for a while I took a green tea pill supplement – but recently I’ve found these dropper/tincture style and I like these too – often added to my teas for flavor (or mostly a smell booster) but also for the benefits of the ingredientsWhat do I like:green tea has a number of health benefits – but always consult your diet/medical professionals – I’m just someone who likes teaI like that its only two ingredientsI like that afterwards I have a nice bottle and dropper to keep for other things (yeah bit of a hoarder/packrat)it’s vegan (I am not vegan but respect those that are and demand to know what I’m consuming)it’s easy to use (for me and my routine)what do I not likekind of a give and take thing – but glass bottles…I know they do this for a number of reasons and amber glass being necessary for UV limiting…and glass being an exceptional container material…but I have dropped them and have had them break (not this one)the dropper method eventually gets hard to use at empty levels (changes the dosage due to air coming in, eventually you’ve got to go with pouring out of frustration)price 30 (dec2026, tho prices tend to climb) for almost 90 day supply is great – could probably not squeeze as much and stretch it out longer – at the time of review 26 bucks…an even better bargainand even tho it’s not mentioned, vegetable glycerin is also beneficial…being a hydrating oil – good for hair/skin…could help with a lot of issues (tho talk to your doc)all in all I’m very happy I got these, suspect you might be too – good luck and best of health and happiness to youat the time of this review about 26

Efficient way to get the benefits of green tea extract
Green tea extract has been a great addition to my supplement regimen over the last couple of years. It supports heart health, cognitive health, and has high levels of antioxidants. These drops are an efficient and easy way to get all the benefits from the extract. The taste is tolerable when taken directly, but I prefer to add it to juice or tea. I make sure to take it early in the day, as there is caffeine in green tea extract. It’s a pretty big bottle… I have been taking the recommended serving of 2 full droppers a day, which means this bottle should last close to 3 months.The $29.99 price is not unreasonable, but it is more expensive than the more potent EGCG capsules I was taking prior to this. The Herbamama brand seems reputable. They make these drops in the U.S., and their website says that their products are 3rd party tested. Overall, I’m satisfied with these drops.
