Worth A Try
I have tried this product for 3 months now. There has been a difference in my bloood sugar. I mostly notice that the sugar spikes are not as frequent. I am pretty good at keeping my sugar at a healthy level through diet but I do have my days where I falter. This is where I notice the differences. I can’t say that I have seen any weight loss from it but I didn’t purchase for that result. The product is a little pricey per month but I am going to continue for a little while to see the full benefits. The quality is good, great packaging and I trust Humann as a company. Have used several of their products with great results. Overall I feel good using it, no side effects and believe it has been effective for me in the short term.

Noticeably boost in energy and overall helped me reach my fitness goals
I’ve taken a lot of supplements the past 10 years and some of worked and some not so much. I’ve been taking these for the past 3 weeks and these have been working very well. I’ve went from 212lbs to 207lbs since t is morning. I was on a plateau for the past 4 weeks around 210-215. Now taking this alone probably isn’t going to do much. I know from experience, at least for me, that I have to eat better and stay active consistently. Sometimes you need a boost and this did the trick to get me over the plateau. I take it normally with a light snack cause I try to fast as much as possible and eat within a 6 hour window usually. This helps to curb my appetite and little boost of energy. That’s the main thing for me cause reducing calories and being more active can be hard on the mind and body. These worked well for me and I will continue taking them for now until I reach my goal under 200lbs by 12/1/25. Let get it!!

Good in theory but results inconclusive
After consistently taking it for a month, I have not experienced or observed any noticeable changes in my energy levels or overall metabolic balance. The effects of the mulberry leaf and green tea extracts remain, for me, undetectable. While the supplement is easy to take and plant-based quality as advertised, the lack of discernible difference makes it difficult to recommend based on personal experience alone. It might work differently for others, but I saw neither difference nor results.

This Humann Metabolic supplement contains chromium, a green tea extract called GreenSelect, and mulberry leaf extract. I looked these ingredients up, and, as the label indicates, they are thought to help or have been traditionally used to assist with metabolism, lipid (HDL/Trigyceride) profiles, managing insulin resistence, and weight control. We are all different and I can’t say for sure if it will work for me or for anyone else for any of those things, especially after taking it for just a short time, but it seems to me to be worth a try. The large red Humann brand bottle it came in was sealed outside and also beneath the cap. It easily holds the 60 normal sized capsules within, and it could just as easily hold four or five times as many, if the manufacturer ever decided to sell a four or five month supply using the same bottle. I am trying these out slowly, starting with just one per day rather than two, as my stomach can be pretty sensitive. So far, they seem good, with no negative effects. I tried to find independent third party lab testing/verification for this brand and supplement, but was not able to locate any information pertaining to that.

Humann metabolic health capsules
I haven’t been taking these metabolic health capsules long enough to realize the full benefits of them, but so far, so good. I’ve had no ill effects from taking 2 a day, as recommended.The plastic bottle arrived properly sealed & has a clear lot number & expiration date of 8/2027 (over 1.5 years out) stamped on the bottom. The product has a standard UPC barcode.So far, all of the capsules have been full & aren’t too terribly big & have no offensive smell or taste, so they’re not difficult to take.I appreciate that these are made in the USA with good ingredients by a solid & established company. They seem to be of high quality & I can surely recommend them.

Did you know silicone dioxide doesn’t have a safe label use in Europe? They can’t use it there. But here it is, in another health capsule. I won’t be getting these again, I have green tea in my cabinet and that’s what I believe would be giving me the most benefit anyway. The bottle is also comically large for the amount of pills in it. I wonder also- where is the third party testing telling me these ingredients are actually in here, safe and effective? I’ll pass.

Good price and backed by science!
I’ve been taking Humann Metabolic Health Daily for a few weeks now and I really like it. The price is good for a month’s supply, and it’s nice to know that it’s backed by actual scientists and a university — makes me feel more confident about taking it.The capsules are easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed my energy is a bit more steady throughout the day. I also like that it supports blood sugar and metabolism naturally with things like mulberry leaf and green tea extract. Nothing dramatic yet, but a nice little boost and peace of mind that I’m supporting my health.
