Put this in my coffee every morning.
I got this liquid green tea supplement because I was unable to take capsules anymore. And I went by everybody else’s reviews of putting your coffee in the morning. I put one dropper full in my coffee and I could not taste it. But what I did like is it gives me energy, appetite suppressant, great value for the money, high quality, lots of benefits and I will continue to use this. I felt great after I took it in the morning with my coffee. If you want natural energy with all added benefits I highly recommend this green tea supplement.

I’ve been using this product for a little over a week and am loving it. I use it topically on my combination, (hormonal) acne-prone skin. I read that green tea has many anti-inflammatory properties and therefore am using it to reduce inflammation on my skin. I haven’t used it long enough to attest to acne reduction, BUT I will say I love this product and use it both day and night. I have sensitive skin and have not experienced any side effects.In the morning, I use a vitamin c serum (Lupure; love it – sold here on Amazon) and then layer a couple of drops of this. It’s a brown liquid, so I feel it actually gives you just a tiny hint of color as it absorbs, without looking like self tanner gone bad. Initially, it feels slightly tacky but I layer my moisturizer over it (Vanicream Daily) and it absorbs well and doesn’t affect my makeup quality. I have to be at work at 0630 and therefore don’t have all day to wait for products to absorb so this is helpful.Again, not sure on the acne reduction but WOW is my skin ever glowing and bright when using this in conjunction with the vitamin c serum. I will definitely continue to use this in my routine; especially since it will last a very long time, only needing a couple of drops at a time.I have not used this orally so therefore can’t comment on it’s taste or benefits, but I do really like this product for topical use.

Perfect pick me up!
I had originally bought this extract many months ago (I remember picking it out after reading a bunch of reviews on various products & found this brand to be the best one) but for whatever reason, I just didn’t consistently fit it into my routine. However, recently I started researching the benefits of green tea again and remembered I had it tucked away so I started putting a dropper of it in my first cup of morning coffee (I know, weird right?) along with my collagen powder. Anyway, it was insane how great I felt all morning long. I have a grind and brew that makes a terrific pot of coffee and I worried it would affect the taste but it did not at all. It only gives me this wonderful alertness that I never crash from, it just sort of tapers off. Now I know the benefits of green tea are numerous and that is ultimately why I take it, but man this a huge added plus! I also have an early afternoon kcup of coffee and I put a dropper in then too. Perfect afternoon boost! My husband is using it too now so I had to order more and thought it was a perfect time to send in a review. I highly recommend Horbaach extracts in general for their quality and don’t see myself ever veering from this new coffee/green tea routine again. The best!!
