The Hyper Vest FIT women’s weight vest is great for walking, jogging, exercise classes and beyond. We designed the vest with comfort in mind so movement isn’t restricted or limited unlike X or Y shape vests which can strain the neck and shoulders. Same great innovation as our PRO & ELITE models but specially designed for a women’s physique and unique needs. Intended for lighter intensity activities. The quality soft fabric stretches for a great fit, doesn’t allow the weights to bounce and has reflective elements for safety even when in use outside during low light. The 5 lbs vest comes with Hyper Vest FIT shell and 10 plastic weights filled with steel shot equaling 5 lbs. An additional 3 lbs box (6 weights total) is available to purchase separately for a max weight of 8 lbs when added to the 5 lbs vest. An 8 lbs vest is available which includes a Hyper Vest FIT shell and 16 plastic weights filled with steel shot equaling 8 lbs. Each weight is compact and removable, about the size of a deck of cards- remove weights to wash vest. One size does not fit all so the Hyper Vest FIT is available in size small, medium or large with roomie scoop neck and adjustable side laces. Since weights are removable the weight is completely customizable from 1/2 lbs to 8 lbs in half pound increments.

Fantastic weighted vest that’s easy on the shoulders
I’ve been dealing with back pain that I’m convinced is caused by a weak back and poor posture. I decided to try a weighted vest to improve my back/core strength and initially bought a much cheaper brand, thinking the difference in quality wouldn’t merit a higher price. After one short walk with the prior vest, my neck and shoulders were killing me! After doing some research, I found this vest and couldn’t be happier! The design – with the adjustable laces around the torso – ensure that the weight is supported by the back and abs, rather than just hanging from the shoulders. The weights are easy to insert, the laces are easy to adjust, and the fit is very comfortable. I highly recommend this weighted vest, especially if you’re concerned about neck/shoulder pain that comes with other brands.

Great Weighted Vest
I received my ladies vest today! It was well packed. Easy to insert the little weights into the well designed pockets. I was amazed how comfortable the vest is. I was afraid that I may be too busty for any weighted vest. I am glad I ordered the woman’s vest as it does not have weights over the bust area. For reference I am 36 D and 5’8” 150#. The large vest fits perfectly. The material is somewhat stretchy but supportive. A very nice, well made product that is comfortable. I could tell on my usual morning 1 hour walk that I was more winded and got a nice workout. You can definitely feel the 10# of weights are adding extra to the exercise program. Glad I decided to get this!

I love this vest. My only recommendation would be to add some pockets on the front for a slim wallet and keys. Fits well, is comfortable and doesn’t hurt my shoulders since the weight is more evenly distributed.

I’ve been considering a weighted vest for walking and chose this one based on reviews. I love it! I really like the fact that you can add weights to make walks more challenging if you want to. It’s very comfortable, and took no time to get used to it. I’m short and short wasted, 5 ft. , 108 lbs and the small is perfect for me. I started out at 5 lbs, used it several times on long walks, and just increased the wt. a bit. It’s sturdy, well made and easy to adjust.

Just what I needed!
I did much research before deciding on this one, and I’m glad I did! This vest is awesome! I am 5’4″, 130 lbs and the medium fits perfectly. It hugs my body so the weight is close and distributed evenly. I was concerned that 10 lbs might not be enough, but I can feel it in my legs and core when I am walking. The weights are easy to remove and it washed well. This thing is high-quality craftsmanship. It’s a little hot in summer, but not unbearable. It’s $20 overpriced. My concern with other types that are not a zip vest, which don’t hug the body, is that the weights put undue pressure and weight on the back and shoulders and can cause injury and pain. I highly recommend this product. It also has a 1-year warranty.

Weighted is evenly distributed
This vest is comfortable with the weight evenly distributed. It doesn’t move or bounce around when I walk or run. The adjustable elastic cords on each side helps you customize your fit.

Comfortable and snug
I am 5’2″, 100 lbs and short waisted, finding anything that fits “well” is a chore. I also am osteopenia and have been for the last 28 years. I do weight training and eat a lot of calcium rich foods + HRT (I’m 56 years old). I heard about weighted vests and decided that it couldn’t hurt. I got the smallest size they make and it fits pretty perfect, the only downside is that because I am so short waisted, the back of the vest sits more on the mid portion of my hips and not the top, if that makes sense. No matter, again, I can never find perfect fit for anything, but this is really close. I love how snug fitting it feels and is, easy to adjust with the side pulls that cinch the vest for fitting. Super easy to load the weights in. I am enjoying walking my dog and hiking in it. Highly recommend!

I’m a UK buyer and would highly recommend buying this vest. The delivery from the USA was quicker than advertised with no issues. The vest is brilliant. Being able to build the weight up gradually works really well. It’s really comfortable and easy to wear. The drawcords at the sides give great flexibility in adjusting the fit. They are long, as others have said, but could easily be cut. I just tuck them up out of the way. I tend to wear this under my jumper or jacket. It has added a great (and buildable) level of challenge to my walks and supplements my weights programme perfectly. Having a vest that is washable was important to me and this one is just that. The weights come out of the pockets and you’re left with an easily washable garment. It is more expensive than others but, definitely worth it for me.

this weighted vest is comfortable and easy to wear for smaller boned women … I bought the medium and it fits perfectly without being bulky … although I often wear small in exercise wear in this case the size chart is true to size and I’m glad I picked M … the weights are easy to distribute and it does not place undue strain on any areas of concern in my spine … the lacing at the sides makes any adjustments easy … I live in a hot climate and this vest will be suitable all year round, not too hot for summer

I’m 5’2 and 53 kg and it fits me perfectly (small 10 lb). Very well made and quite stylish for a piece of equipment. A bit more expensive, but worth it. I did a 8k walk and it was a different feeling than my backpack with twice the weight. A pack distributes the weight to the hips and this vest weighs more on the shoulders. This is the only negative for me, but perhaps I will get use to it as I get stronger. I’d recommend it for small women who struggle with larger vests.

This is my first weighted vest purchase. I didn’t want the ones that went over your head and I wanted adjustable weights. I like the fact that this vest for meant for women. Great vest.

I bought the vest after being diagnosed with osteoporosis due to long term steroids. Up to now it is working a treat (although I haven’t had it very long) I haven’t suffered with much backache since using the vest whilst on long walks
