THE BEST COMPANY AND THE BEST BIKE!
I first bought this bike during the Pandemic in 2021. I can’t begin to imagine how many hours I put on that bike. It is so sturdy and solid and I rode it 5-6 days a week. My husband at that time was over 300 pounds and was able to use the bike with no issues. This bike kept me going through three years of online spinning. In 2024 the tension knob began to wear out. I was unable for a long time to get an answer as to a replacement part. We bought a different bike in the meantime. It is ok (not as sturdy) but not a Cyclace bike quality. Then, in 2025 I was able to get in touch with some very helpful people in customer service. Although the bike was 4 years out of warranty they searched high and low for a replacement tension knob. They were unable and out of stock but despite being out of warranty they offered me a customer loyalty $30 discount on a new bike. I ordered the bike the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Well, of course, the price dropped $40 on black Friday. I reached out to customer service again and they happily made the adjustment PLUS the customer loyalty discount! $70 off. Thank you very much! The bike arrived 2 days earlier than expected. We put it together in under an hour and were doing a spin class that night! Don’t hesitate to buy this bike. Especially at the Christmas pricing. It’s rock solid, silent and fantastic. I once had an issue with squeaking after hours and hours of riding and customer service walked me through the greasing process. Great company! Great bike!

Great Bike! Smooth and Whisper Quiet
Love this bike! It really is a bargain buy that anyone whom is looking at machines under $200 would love to have! Yes, you get what you pay for, but we are not comparing a $130 bike to a $1600 Peloton…. Just like when it comes to cars, the ones with all of the bells n whistles have more to break and go wrong; we had amazing long lasting bare bones products 40 years ago that are still running to this day – now a days we live in a throw away consumer world, so when you find a bare bones gem – ya better jump on it! The seat rail can even be rotated 180 degrees so a much taller person could fit very comfortably – I wish the crank arms were 180mm but that’s just because I was a bmxer back in the day and used to the long throw. The only issue with this bike is that the Bluetooth does not pair all of the way, meaning it does connect but then it renders completely useless. I do not mind because every cycling app wants you to pay for a monthly subscription and I’m not about to do that. I put youtube on and search cycling scenery videos and it feels/ looks exactly the same… All in all, the best purchase I have made this year!

Good solid bike. But…
09/17/25So far so good. I put the unit together using my own tools instead of the supplied all in one tool. It made the assembly go a bit smoother. After putting it all together and tightening and adjusting and using it for the first time I must say this is very quiet. Not a peep out of it. I needed it due to an Achilles tendon sprain and my treadmill was aggravating it too much. The bike is perfect for a great cardio workout with absolutely no pain to my Achilles tendon.For the price I’ll say that it’s a pretty solid built bike and it gets the job done. When putting it together I didn’t see anything that would make me think that this would be falling apart.I see in the reviews that some say it might not be good for a high intensity workout but for a 65 year old dude lookin’ to get some cardio in…it works just fine. I’m no professional rider.10/02/2025The bike seems good so far. Two things…if you don’t want this to make any creaking noises when riding you have to make sure everything that can be tightened is super tight. Also the knob for less/more resistance and stop…the paint started to come off after use two. I would have expected this to be engraved into the knob or any other way to preserve it. I can live with it. it’s easy to remember. Left for less resistance, right for more resistance, and push to stop. It would have been nice to have it done another way in case someone jumps on this bike and has no clue about it.

Good starter bike
Overall good bike so far my only gripe is the seat wish it was a little more form fitting will probably replace it if I can. Otherwise a solid starter bike indeed

One pedal was threaded backwards
The bike came without any delays and it was easy enough to put together, but for some reason the left pedal was threaded backwards or left handed (everything else was on the bike was threaded normally. So now when we use the bike the left pedal comes loose and falls of after a few rotations. And it was very difficult to find a way to contact the manufacturer. It’s a relatively nice exercise bike, otherwise.

Can’t beat the quality for this price
i would give 4.5 stars if possible. I had the friction version for the last 5 years and decided to purchase the magnetic resistance one after the belt pulley broke and i decided to get a new one instead of fixing it. I do feel that this bike is as of the same quality as the one I purchased about 5 years ago. I found some places that i felt the skimped and some improvements. Mainly I don’t like the wheal system in the front that you use to push it around. i find the wheels are smaller requiring you to lift it much higher so it does not drag. I find that even on the lowest setting the bike has more resistance than the friction model. not a deal breaker but i like to do long rides where i use the lowest setting for a couple minutes and then do sprints with it turned up high. i think it will just take some getting used to and may need some breaking in. Overall, I am happy with this purchase but have some changes to get used to. I do plan on upgrading the wheels to rollerblade style ones.
