The ring came bent and broken and the ball doesn’t hold air properly. The directions said to use the enclosed plug puller to take the plug out of the ball but I was able to pop it out with my fingers. I will be returning this set and buying a different brand. It’s too bad because this was exactly what I wanted.

The pilates ring came damaged and bent.. You cannot unbend this, the metal inside is snapped in half. it is unusable and the carrying bag was not in the box.. I purchased this as a christmas gift for my bestfriend.. VERY disappointed.

Update:After expressing my disappointment in the ball the company offered to refund me. Because I’m using the ring and bands I didn’t feel it was fair to accept their offer but says a lot about the customer service. Giving an extra star for that.The ring is fine but the balls inflation system is a joke- you can’t inflate the ball it looks like a cheap kids toy
