Nicely packaged and arrived promptly. Weight feels perfect to intensify walking exercise. Comfortable and easy to put on. Velcro seems durable. The blue color is pleasing. I am pleased with this purchase.

Uncomfortable
I guess they do what they are supposed to do, but I find them uncomfortable because the strap (and velcro) finds bare parts of my ankles to dig into, with all the movement (and consequent shifting of the weights) my workouts involve. They are not long enough to fully overlap (and I’m not a large person, I’m petite, barely 5 feet and slim with small ankles), which might solve this issue, but as it stands I can’t recommend these.

My mother broke her arm and her ortho suggested weighted wristbands to help straighten it. Took a bit to find ones that were a good price and comfortable for her, but these do the trick

These are way too long to fit a woman’s wrist or arm without it sliding down or off. Unless you pull it SO TIGHT it cuts your circulation. Do not buy if a woman
