A few tweaks could make this the perfect personal item bag
No complaints. slightly smaller than my personal item space on an American Airlines flight, but I knew that when purchasing. I like the zipper bag inside, I was able to get through TSA and customs using it as my liquids bag. I wish the cup holder pocket was a bit taller, didn’t reliably hold my owala water bottle. I like the 2 ways of carrying as well as the luggage strap, but wish the strap was tighter or had a tightening feature, the bag slid off/around the the side or front a few times. Overall I plan to continue using this bag when I travel and when I go to the gym, because it has the convenient shoe pocket.

Love this bag! It fits all of my gym clothes, towels, etc. the only thing I haven’t tried is the shoe compartment. The inside pocket is waterproof, which is perfect for wet items after shorting at the gym.

Good quality, but bag doesn’t have sturdy sides so it flops down when you attach it on the luggage handle if not full.
