Awesome Resistance Bands!!
I ordered these Lianjindun 5 Pcs Professional Resistance Bands for my legs to get stronger. I’m 64 years old, and my legs are pretty weak.They don’t take up much space, and you just put them in a small bag.I like that they included a little instruction sheet, but I’m working with a physical therapist, and she has some great advice for using them.The colors are very vibrant, and they have different resistance with each resistance band.I highly recommend using these resistance bands, and you can also use them for your arms.Hope this helps!!

Good quality & selection. 5ft length is a bit short for my tastes.
Good selection of strengths and they arrived quickly and seem well-made. My one disappointment is that they’re just 5ft long. That’s my bad for not paying closer attention to the description. Therabands are longer, like six feet, which makes them more useful when using them in doorways and to pull down from overhead. Be aware of the length difference.

Long enough for doing standing curls with both arms while standing on the band. Long enough to tie it together and shorten to whatever length you want while easily being able to undo your knot.

These came as expected, though I wish they had included some motivation to actually use them regularly 😄.I have tried out two of the bands and they do provide different levels of resistance, and seem durable. The different sizes offer a variety of options for different workouts that target many areas of the body. I wish they had better storage like a bag or something.

I opened the package in my room and immediately tried it out. My pants were covered with a white poweder substance… Not sure how much of the substance still remains in my room :(I have since sent them for washing. Do note when you receive the package.
