I needed a good women’s multivitamin because I was feeling like crap. I was definitely lacking in vitamins because my diet is not that great. I know that Mary Ruth Organics is a great, clean brand as I also give my son their child gummies. The flavor is delicious and not overwhelming. They are nice and soft and chewy. I have been taking these for about a month and a half and have definitely felt an improvement in my mood and energy levels. They are a little pricey but I have them on subscribe and save so I can get them for less. Overall these taste great and definitely make me feel much better. I definitely recommend them.

They taste good, came in good condition, and have lots of vitamins! I struggle with food textures so this is a great way to make sure I’m not super nutrient deficit. So far I love these vitamins, it’s day 4 of taking them and I have nothing negative to say. As someone with a sensitive stomach, they can be eaten without food and cause zero stomach upset. Love how they’re organic and really tasty. They’re easy to eat and are in the shape of hearts! I think my energy levels are improving, too. These gummies are exactly what I wanted. I eat a healthy diet, so I wanted a natural vitamin that just covered the basics at reasonable levels. I don’t need high doses of anything, and since I cannot tolerate iron supplements by mouth, these are easy for me to use every day. They aren’t any effort to swallow and they don’t upset my stomach at all. And I’ll be honest, if a vitamin does not taste good, I probably won’t make an effort to take them regularly like I should. These gummies are very soft and have a nice, pleasant taste, so I don’t mind reaching for them once a day.
