Constantly reorder this. It has helped my digestion and has kept me more regular. The size of them are decent big so you have to be good at swallowing pills. But they don’t taste like anything

Meant only for easily taking limited amounts of fiber
These are great when trying to boost your fiber intake throughout the day. When on keto I’ll often take 2-3 caps with each meal. Some people have complained that there’s not enough fiber per cap, and they don’t like having to take a lot of them in order to get the amount of fiber they want. Because of that, they end up writing a negative review, which is utterly ridiculous. The problem isn’t the product. The problem is that they’re taking the wrong product for their purposes.If you’re looking for a kick of fiber to clean you out, caps aren’t the way to do it…unless, of course, you want to take a small handful, which is annoying, expensive, and still less effective. For that you need to take psyllium fiber mixed with water. I often take whole-husk psyllium in the evenings, which will give you the most incredible bathroom experience the next morning. People don’t like drinking their fiber, though, so they opt for these. Caps are not a replacement. They’re meant for ease and convenience and basic fiber supplementation. Ignore the negative reviews here. They’re from people who haven’t done their research, have little to no experience with fiber, and don’t know what they’re talking about.

Can’t beat that price
I take fiber daily as per Drs orders so I’ve taken my fair share and yeah, they’re mostly all the same. But for $15 this one is by far the cheapest with the most bang for your buck.
