Konjac root for benefits
Seeing that this product contains konjac root motivated me to try this. Based on articles I have read, this fibrous plant is used to aid in weight loss, digestion, blood sugar levels and most importantly, cholesterol which I currently am on prescription for.I seek supplements that can fall into the holistic category. My parents prescribed to the lifestyle. I never understood or appreciated this until now. I would say this women’s probiotic would garner their approval.Another factor that drew me to this product was that it is by Dr. Gundry. I often see his ads on television or social media. And they’re one of the few I pay attention to. I think this adds to the supplement’s credibility, yes?I like that you only need a single tablet daily with or without food. My diet is fairly healthy but again, it’s my cholesterol I need to focus on. It will be interesting to see my lab result in a few months after being on this.

Good Women’s Variety of Strains Distinct from “Gut” Probiotics
I have finally figured out which combination of probiotics works best for my gut health. Women’s health, though, is still a mystery to me. I thought I would try this product because it has a broad range of 7 different strains that are not in my gut-health protocol.Moreover, I like the addition of the prebiotic and fermented berry blend, as I see those only benefiting me more. I also know I am getting a made-in-the-USA, quality-inspected product with the Gundry MD line, which is better than a lot of other products available today.I like that these do not have to be refrigerated, so long as you keep them in a cool, dry place. In addition, the capsule size is easy enough to swallow, the expiration date goes out almost a year, and a 30-day supply seems pretty typical. Overall, I am satisfied.

Probiotic
This is a good, effective probiotic. I appreciate the high quality ingredients. I appreciate that it’s a brand that I know of. It’s easy to use and the pills are easy to swallow. I feel like they are a bit expensive, but sometimes that’s worth it when you have something that works. I have been using these for a while now and am noticing positive changes. While it may not work the same for everyone, these are a good choice for me. Probiotics have become such an important part of my daily regimen and really help me a lot.

Good ingredients
I’ve been taking this for a week and so far have had no problems or stomach issues. I have been previously using a different brand (daily need 25 billion CFU) for years bc that’s the only one my stomach agreed with. The only huge difference is that these Gundry capsules are definitely larger than my other brand. I like that there is an added bonus of antioxidant berries and fiber in this blend.

Great ingredients but lacking b coagulans
I’ve been taking probiotics for decades and am always trying to improve on the combinations I take . Being female , and having an unspecified immune condition with recurrent uti , I have Tried a lot of things . Probiotics are essential for me in that way. And also because I have ibs and other stomach issues.There are a lot of great things in this . Some I’ve never even seen in a probiotic , like the fermented berries. I love That addition. No side effects to note .The bottle is small. The capsules are small, smooth, and easy to swallow . There’s no real smell or taste . Don’t need refrigeration either . So these are really easy to take .I do Feel these have been effective when it comes to supporting my gut health. The quality is good , but the quantity is lacking. This is quite a lot to spend every month , and if it was indeed ‘total’ and complete , I might Feel different about that. But the one main thing I dislike Is that there is no b. Coagulans . I have Read quite a lot of research about women’s health because of my situation, and b.coagulans is the one I have Found has studies backing it . I also have found it to be the one I must Have in my Arsenal . It’s what is effective for me . I should have looked closer , but when I saw It is called total (and at the cost) , I assumed (which I shouldn’t do) that it meant it would contain everything one would need in that area . But it is not total, complete and comprehensive for me, meaning I still Need the addition of an another supplement for it to be total for me.Everyone is different. Maybe it is total for someone else . It is good quality and effective for gut health . I’m sure there is some benefit to women’s health in general, just not all areas. I don’t feel it’s the best value for that reason. If I’m going to get something in this range , I want It to be more comprehensive .

Vegan friendly
These pills were easy to swallow. There was no weird aftertaste or stomach distress. I like that these are plant based and vegan friendly. It appears to have a good mix of prebiotics, probiotics and nutrients. I like that it’s a one a day pill, so it’s a good value. It doesn’t contain any artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Made in the USA.

Perfect probiotics
Ah, finally a probiotic that makes me feel less bloated! Dr. Gundry is a staple in our house and my mom has been telling me to buy these for a long time. I’m so glad I finally gave them a try. These make me more regular, less prone to itching in my lady area, and overall give me a sense of wellbeing. Love love these!

Good value for a USA made probiotic with variety
I appreciate that these are made in the USA and clearly advertise that. Sourcing can be challenging to find something trustworthy and I feel like these have a pretty good value of price for a product with USA backing. What’s equally important though is that these also include a wide variety of strains and a high density of CFU per dose.The instructions say to take them with a meal, but with my schedule and it’s spotty when that happens because I try to take them at a consistent time each day. I haven’t noticed any adverse effects even when taking them without food, not always with a full glass of water.
