A Fantastic and Challenging Jump Rope System
I wanted to add some more intense cardio to my home workouts and decided to try a weighted jump rope. I was looking for something that felt like a real piece of fitness equipment, not a flimsy speed rope, and this set seemed to have everything I was looking for to get a more challenging workout.The quality is noticeable right out of the box. The metal handles have a solid, comfortable weight, and the carbon fiber grips feel great and don’t slip when your hands get sweaty. The spin is incredibly smooth and fast because of the ball bearings in the handles; the rope never feels like it’s tangling or getting caught up during a session. The real value, though, is having the three different weighted ropes. I started with the lightest one to get used to it and have been using the heavier 1/4 lb and 1/2 lb ropes as I get stronger. You can really feel the difference in your arms and shoulders – it’s a killer workout.Sizing the rope was easy; I just followed the instructions to trim it to the right length for my height, which only took a couple of minutes. Switching between the different weighted ropes is also simple and secure. This set has been a perfect way to add a challenging and effective workout to my routine. Best jump rope
I don’t normally leave reviews but this jump rope is really good quality. Comes with some pliers so that you can adjust it for your height. After trying 3-4 different jump ropes this one is it. Tangle free and very durable. Comes with a lot of extras, highly recommend

As an athlete who jump ropes every day, I’ve been through my fair share of ropes, and this one immediately stood out. Get a mat and you have a solid companion
This is a very nice set. I love that there are options for the different weights which is what led me purchase. However, I read in some comments and can confirm that you will 100% need a mat in order to extend the life of it. I went to test it, maybe skip jumped about 50 rotations or so and when I went to look at the impact point, it’s already shredding with just that light test. With a dedicated jump rope mat or like a yoga mat (something to reduce the impact), I think it will be great. May update this once I get a mat cause idt I’ll use it again until I do but so far aside from the shredding, it’s really nice.

Cross rope alternative.
Cross rope?! Watch out now! lol this is one of the best weighted jump rope I ever purchased. The inside of the rope is steel wire. It’s tangled free. The length is very long. So it come with hex L key and wire cutter to make some adjustments of the rope. And it’s affordable too. I never purchase nor own cross rope. I hear some good reviews from the customers using cross ropes and there weight loss journey. This is the alternative weight jump rope!

I love the rope itself, its flexible and seems to be of good quality.The handles are horrendous, they started making weird spinning sounds from day 1 of exercising and they also get really slippery after you start to sweat.Greatly overpriced, would recommend at maybe a third of the price.

Pedí este artículo teniendo en mente la cuerda más pesada ya que amazon no ofrece otras opciones, sin embargo, la cuerda de 1/5 de libra ya representa un desafío al menos para un principiante. El estuche es práctico y las agarraderas son sólidas.La única desventaja sería que una vez que se corta la cuerda, ya no hay nada que hacer para alargarla, pero si se considera como de uso de una sola persona, no debería de haber problemas.Muy buena.
