I’ve been using this one for a couple of months. I noticed more power at the gym, I can lift a bit more than before.It’s recommended to drink more water, so I’m doing that.I mostly take it mixed with protein powder and fat free milk after workouts. Other than that, just mixed with water and sometimes with coffee. It mixes well.No taste and easy on the stomach. Good value.

Does what it needs to do
This is a good price. We were getting another brand for almost double the price which was getting too expensive. I trust this brand which is why I decided to go with it. I definitely feel better on the days I take it, a little more alert and on my toes and less scattered (I’m in my peak brain fog era). The only drawback is compared to the previous brand this does have a slightly bitter taste so I don’t put it in my bone broth anymore as I wasn’t enjoying it (the previous brand I could not taste in my bone broth). Instead I put this in a small glass of water with a squeeze of lime and knock it back. They’re all gritty and is this isn’t any grittier than the brand we used before, I just notice the a slight bitterness to what I put it in so I’m no longer taking it that way, which isn’t a big deal. Bottom line – it does what I need it to do. Keeps me a bit more mentally alert and helps my stamina and recovery from my workout.

Bad experience with supplement
I heard this was good to take but this supplement would make my stomach hurt. I tried it with and without food and at different times of the day and it would make me feel I had a knot in my stomach every time. Use at your own risk.
