This product is ok as far as taste. It’s not my favorite but will do when I’m out of my aminos. It mixes well in a blender. I haven’t tried missing it in a shaker. It does not make me jittery. It was a good value for the money. I like the brand, but I will not be buying this flavor again, which is the pomegranate.
