A great all around vitamin, especially for people with grass allergies
I’m by no means of vitamin expert but I researched the hell out of this topic because I have grass allergies. A lot of the times when you have nice all-around vitamins like this brand that include other supplements for the greens portion of that they include a lot of grasses such as wheatgrass, alfalfa, etc. I was pleased to find this vitamin and in my research it seems to be a respected company. So if you have grass allergies and you’re looking for a good all-around vitamin I recommend this one!

Makes hair and nails grow!!
These are the best vitamins. I have been taking these on and off for years because I try new kinds of multivitamins every so often, but none of them make me feel as good or make my skin, hair, and nails as healthy as these ones do so I always come back to them! I especially love these compared to other multivitamins because they have an appropriate amount of iron for a woman in them. I also think these are so reasonably priced.

High Quality Multi for Women
[Edited 12/16/2020]I have been taking this multivitamin every day for more than 3 years. I have a biochemistry background and worked in quality assurance for unaffiliated nutritional supplement companies in the past, so I am very familiar with multivitamin formulas, ingredients, regulations, and production. I have been working in QA for more than 6 years now.I will first say that this multivitamin is top-notch. I have consistently led a very high-stress, fast-paced life style for the past 8 or so years and neglected to take care of myself over other obligations for much of that time. About 5 years ago I started getting sick a lot; sometimes very sick. I would pick up any bug floating around without fail, and had recurrent bouts of tonsillitis and ear infections. I used to say my immune system was crap and blamed it on bad genes, and continued struggling through a different sickness every other month that would put me out for up to a week sometimes. I never put much thought into why I was getting sick all the time, but it turns out if you don’t take care of your body, your body will not take care of you.A few years ago I got into a health kick and started researching the best multivitamins for women. I needed something that covered all my daily requirements in one tablet, and something that was made with trustworthy ingredients. I also have a sensitive stomach and could not take multivitamins in the past without becoming nauseous, so the fact that this multi includes enzymes to help the digestion process was a huge plus. After a bit of research I decided to give Rainbow Light a try, and I’m glad I did. I now only get sick about twice a year. Aside from this multivitamin I have also been taking 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3 as well as an Echinacea/Goldenseal blend every day (this regime has changed since I originally wrote this review – I have added B-12 and Omega-3 supplements and no longer take Echinacea/Goldenseal).Overall, my opinion is that this is one of the highest quality multivitamins for women at this price level. I can say my overall health has improved since I started taking it (anecdotally), and I plan to continue purchasing it in the future. Since writing this review I have further researched whether or not this product is vegan, and have concluded that some ingredients are likely sourced from animal byproducts, so it is potentially vegetarian, but not vegan.Please note that any health claims made in this review are solely based on observation and personal experience, and do not represent any form of professional medical advice.

Easy on the Stomach
Been taking it for about two weeks now, can’t say I feel any major difference but unlike like many multivitamins I’ve tried in the past I can say this one doesn’t bother my stomach at all. I usually try to take it with a meal, but I have taken it on a empty stomach and still had no nausea. They do have a smell but I didn’t notice any taste (I swallow them right away, I wouldn’t suggest letting them linger in your mouth) and unlike many multivitamins I’ve tried they didn’t “repeat” at all. Like I said, I can’t say I feel a huge difference in my health, but I can’t say I ever had with any multivitamin I’ve ever taken. I have notice a decrease in episodes of heart burn, but I’m not sure if it’s this that’s helping or the apple cider vinegar capsules I also recently started taking (or a combination of the two). I’m guilty of not always eating the best, so I hope that this is giving my body the nutrients it might be missing out on in my diet. It seems to be a fairly comprehensive vitamin for a One-a-Day, and I like that it has probotics already in it without having to take a separate supplement. I wish it had a little more Vitamin D (I work nights, I don’t get much sun) but taking an extra Vitamin D isn’t that big of a deal. In any case I like that these don’t bother my stomach and will continue taking them.

I’ve tried a lot of daily vitamins, and this is one of the few I’ve actually stuck with. No nausea, no weird aftertaste, and super gentle on digestion, even when I take it on an empty stomach. I noticed more steady energy within the first week, and I haven’t had that sluggish, run-down feeling I usually get mid-month. The added ashwagandha seems to help with mood and stress too, I feel a bit more balanced overall.It’s packed with essentials (like vitamin C, D, and biotin) without being overwhelming, and I like that it’s vegetarian with clean ingredients. One pill a day is all it takes, which makes it super easy to stay consistent.If you’re looking for something that actually makes a difference without messing with your stomach, this is a solid pick.

It’s a well balanced multivitamin supplement.
I have used this vitamin for years. There is no burping of it and no issues with that whatsoever and it smells like freshly cut grass which I personally like the smell of! It’s got everything I need and it’s all non-GMO or organic with a few little extra health foods in there in their proprietary blend. It’s big and it’s not that easy to swallow but it’s doable. Just take lots of water. It has no taste whatsoever.
