I was looking for an ashwagandha supplement that didn’t have a million other ingredients that I either don’t need or get in another supplement. This one has great ingredients and you can literally feel the difference immediately. It’s very calming in intensely stressful situations you can feel its calming effects. I work in a very stressful place. It’s help me to be more calm ,I take one gummy at morning and one at night . My sleep got so much better weak up rested. Taste is sour but do the job very well! Love Organic India products!

Read side effects
So I’ve heard nothing but good things about this product so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately it did not do all the wonderful things people boast about for me it actually made my cycle stop. I immediately stopped taking them and 2 months later it started back.

Helps me greatly; I notice a big difference when I do not take it, it takes the edge off and helps me fall asleep. I feel less irritated during the day even though I take it before bed.
