Waited 2 cycles to review and I would say they are effective. They do work, and they are tasty. In my experience, Mary Ruth’s doesn’t miss, so I chose this menstrual support supplement over others. They’re vegan and non GMO, if that matters to you and are not strictly. Would buy again.

I took it for four days and my headache did not subside until three days after I stopped.Edit October 28. 2025; changed to 4-star: seller contacted me and offered a full refund. Placebo, does not work
Complete placebo. Did not manage to assist in PMS symptoms at all. The taste is not bad and it is easy to consume, but the product simply does not work. I did not experience pain relief at all thus I consider it to be poor quality. I would not purchase it for its current value given the lack of functionality.

It’s ok
I’m a fan of MaryRuth’s in general, but this supplement will not be a repeat for me. While I appreciate that it’s organic, sugar isn’t necessary to sweeten it. Also, I didn’t realize until it arrived just how much B6 is in it, and it’s also not the most bioavailable form. Not sure if it’s worth the hype. Not for me.
