Tasty Way to Add Magnesium
These gummies have a pleasant flavor and are easy to take compared to tablets or capsules. The texture is chewy without being overly sticky, and they don’t leave an aftertaste. I noticed they help with relaxation and muscle comfort, especially after workouts. The serving size is straightforward, though the bottle could be a bit larger for the price. Overall, they make supplementing magnesium simple and enjoyable.

I really like these gummies, they taste good and they don’t get hard like some magnesium gummies, and I can tell you like I eat a few of those and then I know I’m gonna be able to poop for sure.So if you got problems pooping , get these suckers

Effective, great tasting, stops leg cramps.
I take this and one other form of magnesium. I typically just take about 1/2 of each each night. This helps me sleep well and I get zero charlie horses. If I don’t take them for a day or two, and feel that cramp coming on while I’m sleeping, I quickly take 1/2 of each and the cramp stops. These are life saver if you get leg cramps (not sure about other cramps).I am a repeat buyer of this item and fully recommend it. I love that they are in gummie form so I can take as much or little as I want.

Good magnesium option for digestive health
I started taking magnesium to support sleep and over all health, then bought these for focus digestive wellness. The citrate magnesium blend, as opposed to other magnesium types, supports wellness for anyone with a slower digestive track while still helping with sleep. I like the products this company produces and have tried several of their other supplements. They appear to consistently produce a highly quality supplement, which is something I worried about and researched with all the new brands flooding the market.For these gummies specifically I only gave it 4 starts due to a slight graininess to the texture and the flavor is only ok. The texture may be a byproduct of the Citrate and not specific to this brand, butI haven’t tried others to know for sure. The flavor isn’t bad and has grown on me, but I found other gummies from this brand to have great flavor and judge this in comparison.Overall, I still recommend these gummies for anyone looking to try magnesium citrate supplements.Pros:-High quality-Noticeable wellness improvement-Specialty blend with targeted benefits-Good gummy supplement at a reasonable priceCons:-Slight graininess-Flavor not bad, but not as good as some others by the same brand

they are the only ones with sugar that I take. I know they have to use it because without it, it would nont taste good. However, it does the job it means, and it helps to take gummies when you have to take to many pills,

decent tasting magnesium gummies
I thought these magnesium gummies were ok, they tasted ok to me, but I needed to take more of these (sometimes 3) to get the same results as my normal magnesium tablets. I have recently heard from a doctor that the heating process to create the gummies lessens the effectiveness of magnesium. That makes sense with how much I was needing to take, 1,200-1,800 mg vs a standard tablet 500-750mg.

Pleasant-tasting gummy. Covered in sugar crystals. 20 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. I enjoy these as part of my daily vitamin supplement. I would buy them again but I will be looking for a sugar-free alternative.
