Ideal weighted vest
Ideal to add some weight to your walk. The vest fits great on my frame and adjusted to fit my husband as well. I like that 6# of weight are removable (3 front, 3 back) and the weights are easily removed or added. The weight is evenly distributed throughout the shoulders, front and back for a comfortable fit. There is reflective striping and a pocket for phone storage. From first use, there was no odd smell. There was some black dust from the weights but we took them all out and wiped them down after the first use. This vest is a great deal for the money and everything I was looking for.

Quality weight vest
I have been using this vest for awhile I like that the weight of the vest can be adjusted as needed. I was able to start a low eight and work my way up. I like how the vest fits well and is a good quality. It is easy to add the weight packets. The weight distribution is good. It has defininitely made a difference in my walking workout. It has inhanced my workout. There is a nice zippered pouch in the front that fits my phone. I woild recommend this vest.

I’ve tried a few lightweight vests for walking and workouts, and this vest is easily the best balance of comfort, price, and adjustability. It feels well-made right out of the box, and I love that you can add or remove weight depending on the workout.

Very nice vest with a slight flaw that could be annoying, but could also be easily fixed.
I really like this vest. It seems well-made. I purchased the 4-10 lbs vest. The vest itself has 4 pounds of weight in the shoulders with 6 additional weights that are removeable. I really like the pocket on the front, though it only holds my phone. It doesn’t leave room for a key. My phone is a motorola g power smart phone for reference. When I walk I’m comfortable and the weight can be evenly distributed front and back. Right now, I just use the vest with the 4 lb weight in the shoulders. I plan to increase the weight as I go. It is easy to put on and adjust. My one complaint is that the little loop of reflective fabric that appears to be there to help hold the excess strap after adjusting it down does not do its job. The little reflective loops that hold excess straps could be made with elastic and snugly fit to better hold the excess strap in place and out of the way. As it stands, the excess straps end up coming loose and hit the inside of your arm. Not as big of a deal when wearing long sleeves, but less comfortable with the inside of your arm exposed to the strap in warmer weather. I plan on finding some elastic or looking at the feasibility of putting in a snap to hold it in place. I feel like I have good range of motion. I mostly walk with it, but do my stretches post walk with it on. There is a smell, as with any product made of this material, but it is not overwhelming and I don’t notice it unless I’m in the process of putting it on over my face or unless I put my nose close and smell it.

Nice vest!
Vest arrived in a nondescript brown box with all the weights installed. Unloaded the vest down to the stock 11 pounds and went for a 1-mile stroll to test it out and noticed I was using a little more effort in the second half for sure, so am looking forward to the long-term benefits of the vest. It fits snugly, the shoulder pads offer modest help, and it is fairly evenly weighted which is great for walking and other things like martial arts which require balance. The additional weights tuck in quickly and balanced both front and back. Mild smell the first couple of days, you will want to wash your shirts afterwards the first week or so. Happy with my purchase and glad it’s not in black for the Texas summers.

Very good weighted vest
This is a great vest. I have worn it around the house doing chores and for power walking. It is comfortable. I am at 6lbs and may go up to 8 later. Changing weights is very quick and easy. I weigh about 112 lbs, and I can snug this down very well. I would recommend this

Love that you can add weights
I wear this every time I walk the dogs. We all get our harnesses on! I like that I can gradually increase the weights and they are easy to adjust so I’m center balanced since the dogs can drag me in either direction. Easy to place the weights and well padded. Zip pouch in front is large enough for phone, treats and misc. items. The only thing is the band that holds the excess straps on the side is slightly too loose and a pain to keep slipping the excess through every time I clip in. However, I still highly recommend this product. Oh, it does have a smell. I left it outside for a few days to “air out” and now it’s fine.

Just arrived today. 4-10lbs. No smell. Very comfortable. Did a 3.7 mile walk with 6 lbs and it was the perfect weight. The pouch in front fit my phone and keys with no problem.

I love this vest. It is a great addition to my workouts. I ordered the 11-20lbs even though the smaller one was suggested and I find it perfect weight wise for me. The box was hard to lift off the driveway with all of the weight so be mindful of this. I love that it comes with the adjustable weight pockets to you can cater each workout differently and challenge yourself daily. Would definitely order again.

Great vest and really glad I got adjustable. I have not yet added weights because it’s challenging enough on own. I’m larger busted and sits comfortably on chest without putting pressure. Adjustable straps keep in place. Strongly recommend.

Fits well & is comfortable. Weight is evenly distributed front & back. I like that you can adjust the total weight of the vest simply by adding or removing the individual weights. As mentioned in another review, you may have to come up with a way to hold the side straps in place.
