Be Ready For The Loo
WOAH!! None of that stuff you don’t want in your body… and it clears everything out. I started with just one, but it kicked in quick. I went from mild constipation to a run to the loo. They function VERY well. They are great for helping if you’re sick and backed up. You get a good amount for the cost too. I encountered no issues mixing it with NY daily vitamins and gummies. I’m just saying, good flavor and it empties you out. Highly recommend.

These fiber gummies work very well but please read the directions and start with 1 if you dont already take fiber! They will give you uncontrollable gas for days. The 2nd day (took 2 1st day and 1 the 2nd) i was rubbing to the bathroom all day, and let’s just say it was a mess! If you suffer from constipation, I definitely recommend these gummies

They taste good but how are they sweetened? Must be stevia or something but it just says “Natural Flavor”. No added sugar is all I care about. I take em with my Jarro probiotics for full effect haha.
