Healthy gut/Healthy brain
The yeast infections has cut down significantly. I take one each night before I go to bed. It also supposed to help keep the gut right. Healthy gut, hopefully healthy brain. I feel good, there is no taste, it’s in capsule form. I stay hydrated with 90% H20 daily. Not too much after 7 pm, I don’t want to get up & pee too much. It may help with weight loss

High quality and worth every penny. After about 6 utis in a year I was done. Did my research and came across these. Found they have all the right strains your vaginal microbiome needs to thrive and also all the same ingredients as most of those expensive advertised probiotics! Surprisingly Effective and Easy to Take
After reading through several reviews, I decided to give these a try, and overall I’m glad I did. I had no stomach issues while taking them—they were gentle, easy to swallow every morning, and the quality seemed great from the start.The only concern I experienced was a delay in my menstrual cycle. I later read a few articles mentioning that this may happen for some people, although it isn’t medically proven. I can’t say for certain that the supplement was the cause, but it was something I noticed during my time using it.Aside from that, I do feel these are effective and offer good value for the price. I would still recommend them, especially for anyone looking for a straightforward, easy-to-take supplement that delivers on its promises.

Best thing for recurrent BV!
I’ve suffered from recurrent BV, unfortunately, until I started taking these supplements. I did a lot of research and have tried a variety of vaginal probiotics but these are the ones that have worked the best. If you’re iffy about it, give it a try. Trust me! You’ll thank me later. 🙂
